Dont bother
The guy who runs the system banned me for no reason. All because i was late for one test that his service glitched on. He did not get that and proceeded to shadow ban me. I went from getting test opportunities everyday to none at all. I emailed them a lot but still no response and i doubt they will anytime soon. Please dont get its not worth the poor customer service.

I have done testing for Validately for a few years; at times their platform has been unstable and frustrating but lately been doing well, until yesterday. They’ve also always had good customer service and supported their panel, but things change rapidly in tech and it seems Validately is no exception. Yesterday I showed up on time for a one hour test and wasn’t able to hear the moderator; she could see and hear me, so my audio and video were fine, but her mic was muted. I spent 28 mins with the client doing everything I could do to fulfill the test, and finally the client wanted to give up. The pre system check put me at excellent, but didn’t show my camera when it ran; still the client could see my face, so it seems to a platform issue. I’ve done probably done a hundred test for them, always been on time, and far as the feedback I’ve had from them always provided excellent service which they’ve said several times. But they still decided to stiff me on paying for my time, even though it wasn’t my fault. Pretty disappointed it was I thought was one of the last UX companies out there with the integrity to do the right thing. Then they wonder in the forums why so many of the testers give rushed or shallow feedback, or don’t show up. In the not too distant future that’s all these UX companies will have is panelists who don’t care because they’ve are going to treat the UX comp the way they treat them, and then the customers will get fed up with the lack of good feedback and quit buying. But what do I know, I’m only one of the panelists your entire company is based on.
