I love my local tellers but the ability to mobile deposit, is great. Takes one minute and their response is usually within hours. Love the app.

The worst!
I wish that I could give less than 1 star because this app is the worst. The only system that is worse than this app is Valleys html interface. If their objective was a complete disregard of the user, very limited if not less than limited functionality and a perception that we all can’t go somewhere else for our banking, they hit a bulls eye. Not even sure I would call this an app because it uses so few if any native app functions, most of it is embedded html.

I love the personal service and the friendly computer online program. Perfect bank for small business and personal accounts. Definitely five stars!
Check deposited very bad
We have problem at least once a week with checks that’s not going through the mobile app and we have to deposit it in the bank. Very annoying and we plan to switch bank.

I need to be able to add a bank account from another institution and make transfers. Other than that a few cosmetic updates and this app is good. Can we get Zelle as well.

I LOVE the app
I absolutely love being able to deposit remotely. It is a huge time saver. My only critique would be to use a passcode to login rather than having to type complex passwords each time. My other banks operates that way and I love it. Enter a 4 or 6 digit passcode and your in!
Not app/phone friendly
The fact small businesses cannot use Zelle on a business account has made me second guess having a business account with Valley. If Zelle cannot be added soon I may go back to JP Morgan
Small businesses in Ranching use Zelle for buying and selling hay, tack, saddles, boarding horses, farriers, veterinarians, actions and much more. Valley is losing clients over not having Zelle for their customers.
