Broken Login

doesn’t help at all online portal directs you to apps only. who has the patience for this like goodness gracious i’m practically locked out my account.

Program

Wonderful

Horrible

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I’d give it a zero.

Doesn’t even work.

It just crashes every time you have to join a video appointment, and there is no other way to access very important appointments. Because of this I miss appointments and have to reschedule them months later. If you try to access appointments anywhere else you get redirected to this app that doesn’t work. I’m going to go in person to my clinic to file a grievance because this app is ruining my access to care.

Response from developer

Your profile is visible only to you and your healthcare providers. Any telehealth appointments you attend are fully HIPAA compliant through Zoom for Healthcare, and only first names and last initial are shared by default. We have also recently made a change with our developers to bypass legal name and include a preferred name when it is available to us, as we have no ill intent nor wish to dox anyone. As soon as this issue was brought to the attention of our team, we immediately began to work on a long term solution to remediate any issues. We are sorry for your experience, and hope that you will attempt to use the application again for telehealth services.

Often Won’t Load, Sends Erroneous Messages

It often will not work properly on older phone and computers, so isn’t functional. It sends video appointment reminders no matter what type of appointment you have scheduled. It doesn’t facilitate any written form of communication. I used to have the option of emailing a document or question, but now because we used this highly restrictive system, there is no way to communicate with my doctor. I have to leave messages with the main desk and HOPE I get a call back within a week.
