Seriously this app makes Apple Maps look brilliant. Just . doesn’t. work .
Horrible.
Surely someone can do better than this. I don’t have time to submit data over and over and it still goes back to the beginning. Don’t see this as a feasible app to collect important research data. Ugh!!!!
One of the worst apps ever
There is no excuse for how horrible this app is. It has a very simple functionality yet never works. It makes you enter the same information three times before it accepts it. It also makes you log in ever single time you open the app. There is no important info stored in the app, there is no reason you should have to do this. Whatever medical companies are paying for this are getting ripped off, and the poor quality of this app is probably leading to poor quality data for the studies it serves.

Terrible and frustrating
In my sixth day of trying to use this app to record for a study and not one day has gone easily. A couple of days after multiple attempts it has finally worked but I was never quite sure. Then it will accept one part but after trying to enter the second step the first one shows back up as needing to be completed. Honestly, I’m over it. Don’t have time for this kind of frustration!!!

Promising but terrible
I’m a participant in a clinical study using this app to track symptoms during the trial. At first it seems good, but when entering data, the App glitches and it doesn’t seem to be loading or going on to the next page. After repeating the same page multiple times, the data actually does register but there’s no clear indication of that, frustrating waste of time and leading to multiple entries of the same data. I tried contacting the app site to report the glitch only to be redirected to the marketing department. Ugh. Now the app doesn’t recognize my email address so I can’t even upload my data.
