One price in app, different once dropped off!!
Used only once. Driver added extra charges claiming to have been waiting but we were there as cab arrived. We were given a price of 13.20 on the app and then driver drove a longer route home and charged 14.80 at drop off. I will go back to uber now!!

The new update ruined it
I use to love this app and use to use it frequently but unfortunately after the update,it almost never works for me. How come you invest in the update that doesn’t work!!!!
The driver was on the phone all the way home
Me, my mum and my sister had Toby carvery tonight and the driver who picked us all up was on the phone from the restaurant all the way home and me and my mum found it so rude plus he wasn’t interacting with any of us and the driver is called Tayyab
Can’t reset my password!
This app was really good until the update, I’ve typed in what I thought was my password but no luck I’ve then tried to reset my password but I never get the email and yes I have checked my spam and junk mail but with no luck. I’m hoping the developers of the app pick this up and can fix the problem.

I cannot recommend Value Cabs enough. They are reliable and when I have had to change a pick up on behalf of someone, they have been helpful and efficient. I won’t use any other taxi company now.

Rude Operator!!!!
I had the worst experience talking to the operator when I booked a taxi from the town center , I was asking where will I be picked up by the driver she literally shouted the name of the restaurant/cafeteria where I should wait just because I couldnt properly hear her since I was calling from the busy bus station.
Her colleagues were laughing at the background!
When I asked her if she was shouting at me she said NO and hung up the phone.
