Hi — this was a temporary issue and we apologize for any inconvenience. It's fixed in the update rolling out now, and we've also raised the standard plan from 600 to 1250 scans a month at no extra cost. If you'd like your money back we'll sort it, no argument — email team@valuscan.net. If you'd rather give it another go, update the app and it should behave properly.
Love the app but even limited on scans after paying over $100

Hi Varshir — you were right, and thank you for pushing on it. There was a temperarry issue in how yearly Pro plans were being read, and it was capping affected accounts at a fraction of the scans they'd paid for and resetting them on the wrong schedule. That's fixed in the update that's rolling out now. We've also raised the standard allowance from 600 to 1250 scans a month for everyone at no extra cost, and yearly plans refresh every month as they always should have. Sorry it took a review to get sorted — if anything still looks off after you update, email team@valuscan.net and we'll get straight on it.

Thanks Sweenz137 — logging actual purchase price so you get true margin in-app is a great idea and it's on our list. In the meantime, we've raised the standard plan from 600 to 1250 scans a month for everyone at no extra cost.
