First-Time Solo Customer—Amazing Experience!
This was my very first time handling vehicle service on my own, as my husband and son usually take care of it for me. The team at this Valvoline location was absolutely incredible! They were so patient, took the time to explain exactly what my car needed, and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed. On top of the fantastic customer service, they gave me a great discount. I left feeling completely confident and well taken care of. I love this place and will definitely be back!

The guys did a good job, very quick and professional. lots of yelling back and forth between the workers. The guy made a point to ask me what I wanted my tires inflated to, and then they never added air. That’s the only reason they got only 4 stars….(because if they forgot to do my tires…what else did they forget???)

Big time saver!
Bonnie and Dani were extremely helpful and kind. I usually go to DCH Subaru for oil changes but this was fast and effective. With the coupon, around $95 but the time and hassle I saved well made up for it! At the dealer it can be several hours and I usually have to drop it in the AM and come back in the late afternoon.
