Love the bus service, hate the app
The incentivized lower prices drive you to use a platform that is unresponsive and, at time, completely unresponsive or otherwise useless. No auto-population of common addresses, contact details, or payment methods is the cherry on top. I book on a desktop whenever possible.
Awful App
This application is a dumpster fire. They tell you to get the app to "enjoy its features" but somehow it actually worsens the experience. You can't even press "buy ticket" since nothing happens when you try to buy on hr app. You'd be better off buying in person or at the actual website.
Started out bad and stayed bad
It’s a challenge to find the schedule, which is bad because since COVID, the schedule changes frequently. If it saves payment information to the account, that will be an improvement. Having an account COULD be an improvement. The last app asked if you wanted to download the app every time you purchased a ticket. I like the bus service, but they need to get better coders to work on the app. When asking for email, the email keypad should open. When asking for numbers, the number pad should open. I like the company and find it to be an inexpensive way to travel. The app needs a schedule and a saved payment method. I liked the old method of texting a ticket link.

Return date change request
Return date is wrong instead of November 1st it took the same day October 10th of leaving date ! Can I get it corrected please? thanks for your kind support 🙏
Can’t easily recall Ticket.
The app is not user friendly and if you don’t know your ticket number you can’t recall your ticket. The text option works much better. You need to be able setup and account and retrieved your information as needed..

App should be updated or removed from the App Store
I would rate this as the worst app I have ever used (or tried to use since it’s so bad). Key items go to dead links, the one that does “work” goes to a schedule page that only shows you about 25% of the schedule and you can’t zoom in or out and move to see it. These are easy fixes but until then it’s a total waste.

Impossible to go back and access your return tickets. Asks for your ticket number to re-print! How about the electronic versions! How the hell are you going to reprint off your cellphone? Shouldn’t I be able to see my ticket number on the van Galder app I loaded? Infuriating!!!!!

Van Galder bus service is awesome. Really. This app is horrible. Can’t wait till VG gets an app worthy of their great company and service.
Little more than a bookmark
I have been using this app for several months and it is still a disappointment. The “FAQ” and “About Us” links are broken. The purchase process may leave you with a credit card charge but no ticket and the “receipt “ generated when the “reservation “ is made is useless to the driver, who needs the nine-digit number from the e-mail to issue a ticket. The app does not store even the most basic information from your previous uses, so you have to type in everything every time. A poor effort, obviously put together to take your money, but not much else.

Confusing
Terrible navigation between buying tickets online and actually downloading them. App doesn’t communicate when a purchase is made on a pc. Frustrating!
They WILL take your money
The only thing that seems to work on this app is the part where you buy tickets. I downloaded this for information on schedules. Since the rest of it doesn’t seem to work, I would be afraid to give out my credit card information to buy a ticket from them via this app.
Poor excuse for app
Sad to say it — this app fails on many levels. Company needs to update it. The effort required to do basic functions is a joke.
Pointless
I didn’t really have the problems that others had but all this app does is just rehash the website. It even asks you to download the app because it is just essentially a web browser dedicated to the site.

Very difficult to use. Hard to add your ticket to the app and save. I still don’t know how to do that.

Horrible App - Can only buy ticket
So I have to look at someone else’s review to figure it how to find the schedule? None of the other options work at all (error - page not found)? Who does this? There are tons of talented people out there that would love to take a crack at this and make it better. Please ask them!!!
Poorly done, hard to find the schedule
Schedule is under the “Buy a Ticket” then the “Click Here” next to “Learn More about this service”. The schedule is relatively useful at that point and you can buy from there but I would worry since the app runs into broken web pages on the server so best only buy at the airport.

Who ever designed this never road the bus! There needs to be a Schedule to view. Asking to pay and not showing options of departures / arrivals.
