Didn’t get my order
It’s been 2 years and I still haven’t gotten my order it’s crazy I called for a refund and they said I didn’t order but I did and still didn’t get my money nor the shoes

I love vans but this app is always on the fritz. It’s annoying

For the last few weeks every time I try to shop, I get kicked out with this message. I keep pulling it up after a few days and it kicks me out again. Annoying
Can get on the app but,
Can’t checkout. Can add shoes to my cart but cannot pull up said cart to complete my purchase. It’s been an issue for months and I am tired of not being able to buy shoes via this app.

Overall the app is dope and very user friendly. As of 04/05/2026 though all my favorites disappeared and when I heart/favorite new ones they still don’t appear in the favorites section. When it was full in my favorites sections though, you couldn’t click on any of the shoes and open it up, just look at em there and still have to type in search. Just food for thought, solid app overall so keep up the good work fam.

I would give 10 stars if I could, I’m 42 and have been wearing Vans since…. Gosh… grade school? Over the years price points have went up, not with just Vans but all over the place. You can’t fault a company for keeping up with inflation but you can’t fault a company for not valuing their loyal customers. Vans calls their app Vans Family and that is exactly how they run it. They a more than generous with the points allowing you to benefit in lowering your price, they keep shipping at 0 for the family and always, always have great products that arrive fast and packaged respectively. This is appreciated and I will always shop at Vans. I have turned my son into a Vans fan as well. Do not hesitate in becoming a family member, you will not regret it.

APP DOESNT EVEN LOAD
This app is barely even working. You can place orders yes but there’s no way to load your “earn rewards” page, nothing is showing up and even on the “redeem” page nothing is loading. What happened to this app? I used to be able to login and earn points doing all the different things and now nothing is even loading. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP GUYS

Love Vans hate the app.
I love vans so much and I order from them all the time but the app is lowkey annoying, it always asks if I’m a robot and then proceeds to be stuck on that screen over and over with no fixing it I just have to try again later to look on the app. Huge inconvenience on days like Black Friday and cyber Monday when I’m trying to buy stuff. Other than logging on the app works fine but logging on is such a pain it should keep me logged in.
