I can never watch VAV lives because the app won’t even let me sign up for an account. Every time I go to enter my phone number it gives me an error message. Please help me figure it out/fix the problem 😭

Let’s start off with, I didn’t even know they had an app until yesterday. Secondly, maybe it’s the fact that they haven’t updated the app in FOREVER but I can’t go no further than them asking what language I want the app in. I select English and then it just goes to a blank screen and then after a few minutes, it’ll say the sever is busy. Please update the app soon

Can’t Register
I can’t get past entering my phone number to register. It keeps saying “Oops!” With an error explanation (in Hangul so I’m not sure what the error is).
Cant register my number.
Can Canadians not register their numbers to this app? I tried to but all that came up was “oops, sorry.” And then something written in what I think is Chinese while I set the language to English.
I just want to know what happened so that I can possibly fix it and try again.

It won’t let you register! Once I fill out the profile and select my bias, it says the server is busy!please fix this problem/issue!!!!!!! But besides that everything is great app!!!!🧸💖

Overall, the app seems great! My own issue I have is every time I try to make an account, it keeps saying the server is busy. Aside from that, Stan VAV!!!!

This app seems to crash quite often, has server problems all the time and now it won’t allow me to log onto my account thru Facebook bc my country is not being allowed and I keep getting the same error message of such??? Wtf is happening
Fix Registration!
I’d love to support the boys, but I need an account to do so! It says I need to update my profile to use the app, but every time I try to save, it kicks me out. Please fix registration so new Vampz can support!

Every time I try to check in, it always gives me an error of some sort that is “unexpected” but it always happened! So I can’t check in or whatever, and some other issues need to be fixed as well like general lags and all that. It’s a good app, but it could be smoother.

I love VAV (as many other fans who downloaded this app) but it won’t allow me to register and I can’t help but get really frustrated. I say if you wanna support VAV us fans are going to have to find another way due to this apps wacky malfunctions.

This app is amazing in regards to connecting VAV with Vampz, and you get sooo much VAV content along the way and you have more opportunities to support the boys. The content itself is great and all but I never got my verification code to finish signing up. I can’t access everything because I was never able to sign up so I’m missing out on most everything on the app, and that’s the only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars. If I could access more of the app without signing up I would have given it 4 stars even, but there isn’t much you’re able to do without that verification code :(

I really want to sign up but every time I try to chose a bias it won’t let me confirm it I have tried many times and even restarted my phone please fix it I really really want to sing up I love VAV ❤️❤️❤️ but other then that I really love the app didn’t even know about it till someone said something on twitter and I immediately downloaded it

I want to sign up but it won’t let me :( every time I click on “whos your bias” which is needed to create an account the app crashes :((((

I am also unable to join and use the app to its full potential as I am unable to register after it asks me who my bias is😊.
Can’t Sign Up
Every time i try to sign up in the app, it crashes at the very end when i try to select my bias. Really disappointing. Please fix this.
