VCU App
The app is not working for the video conference. I checked the hardware yesterday and for whatever reason it’s not working this morning so we are unable to proceed with our appointed time. Not sure how to get around this problem, but this is very distressing. This is the second time that we’ve experienced problems with the app. The last time was over the appointment.

Updating information
Updating information is a nightmare. I am no longer in United but the app keeps directing me to United to get appointments. I have on numerous occasions informed VCU customer service however - no change. Ugh!

Had surgery and now infection is back and I’m screwed for ever ! Got 0 help from vcu…….

The app no longer allows me to schedule directly with my provider and regular doctors do not show up in the app

This app is amazing!!! I’m not a bot either, just a regular teenage girl. You got a quick question and need an answer? They respond overlyyyy fast , ive sent them messages at 2am, had a response by the time i woke up. You can see all of your documents, make appointments, etc. they knew exactly what they were doing with this one.

This is not user friendly and won’t allow me to print future appointments
My Chart
The system is not very user friendly. As I type my message, my last few words are covered by a reddish “veil” stating the draft is being saved.
App is not helpful for some things
The app is awesome in communication with current drs but if you have a need to find another Dr in the VCU group to make a appointment with you can’t My husband needs to see a foot Dr and his primary Dr is not in the vcu network so anyone she refers is not in the vcu network Due to my husbands health history I want to try to keep all his specialists within vcu network Thank you

Not user friendly
I can Never find a doctor on your website. It just sucks. I’ve decided to go to another healthcare network bc VCU is disappointing to American citizens bc they put non citizens first. You’re Not American. You’re a foreign hospital now. Traitors.
Bill section
Would be an excellent app if the bills actually showed. I have been having trouble with trying to pay my minor daughter’s bills due to the billing structure at Vcu while not being able to view my daughter’s bills in the app. I work 8-530 and the billing department is only open 9-4 so the app would be convenient if that part of the app actually worked.

I appreciate timely access to my medical information. But even more importantly, I can contact my medical professionals with ease and receive timely responses. This convenience is really appreciated!
