I really wish the cam had like the speed on the video that would really be helpful can this be implemented in an upgrade or need to get different dashcam?
Anyways another thing is with connects and disconnects often I have 2 one for back one for front but I’m on 1 wifi maybe it’s getting confused it like switches back and forth every so often
But overall I’m happy w it been using over 2 years been lucky enough not have to use for accidents. However when not connected to wifi can I connect to it and see clips that was before connecting?

I forgot my password for my collection for my camera and I just emailed them the contact and they gotta be within the same day or exporting, but it was very detailed reply back and they were very kind so I will definitely recommend!
App ain’t cuttin it
This app sucks or I gotta defective camera. It will not connect to the built in WiFi in the camera so it does me no good

I got side swiped, other car perfectly in frame so the camera would’ve shown it. But for whatever reason the videos don’t want to load so I can’t even justify it in court, I replaced a lower resolution camera for this one and regret it because the old camera never had a issue with saving footage.

I was trying for 3 weeks to connect it with my phone and it doesn’t work

This app won’t work for whatever reason. Their customer service is non existent and no response so I can’t view videos on my app or even set up the date correctly. Just frustrating and don’t get to wifi issues. Overall just bad and poorly managed App.

I wanted to like this camera despite it not being from a more reputable company but after just a few months of use the connection gets lost and now I have no access to any files that were saved because the camera will no longer connect to my phone
Failed in Accident
I was hit from behind recently. The dashcam completely lost all recording of just before, during, and after the accident. A total of 15 minutes. It was completely useless when it was needed.
Can’t connect camera to app
App doesn’t even let me connect to the camera, as soon as I connect to the camera wifi, I go back to the app and it said “Connection Failed”. Camera is useless without the app.
Annoying.
Super annoying and inconvenient to be logged out everytime you exit the app and it takes FOREVER to load.
WiFi won’t show up to connect it
I’ve tried everything to try to get this camera to connect and it just doesn’t show up. It has never worked for me. I don’t understand how anyone can give it a good review!
Wifi connection doesnt work in app
When trying to connect to the camera through the app, the app will ask you as normal to connect your phone to the cameras wifi through your phone settings, this works fine. However once going back into the app, it says connection failed.. both the app and camera are completely useless because of this glitch.. buy a different brand camera!

Decent.
Camera worked and all for me had nice video quality, but after a while the app stopped connecting to my camera. And have to access it all through the microsd. Cant even see if it’s positioned good anymore. If that was fixed would give more stars.
Garbage
My first dash cam and I already want a different one. You have to switch your car on while it slowly saves, and then downloads to your phone. Then the app crashes constantly in the middle. It’s trash.
