Booking on this app is a total waste of time as they don’t book you a car for that specific time just give you a cost and pray it’s not so busy they can actually send you a car !

Terrible App
I usually really like Veezu but their app is terrible and support is non-existent. I have been logged out of this app for a week and unable to log back in because they insist on sending you a pin via SMS and the SMS never arrives so matter how many times you resend it. I have sent an email to their admin and had zero response. I have also searched the website for support and there is nothing that addresses this issue. You need to have a better account recovery in place because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this difficult to log into an account and you should at least have a customer service that you can contact and who actually responds. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

You book in advance and it goes into the system 5 mins before pick up . You might aswell just book when you are ready . 2 drivers took trip and then cancelled

Amazing service! I’ve always found this taxi firm to be reliable and extremely helpful. They locate a taxi very quickly, and if there are ever any delays, they always call to keep me updated.
Even when I need a taxi in the early hours of the morning for work, they always do their best to find one for me — even sending a taxi from out of the area to make sure I get to work on time. The drivers are always friendly, professional and pleasant.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic service every time!

I booked a taxi in the app to go to the airport for a specific date and time.
Turns out the prebooking feature is not prebooking at all. It just queues the request to go out at the time, meaning there is no gurantee of a driver being available.

They used to be reliable, but no longer. Booked an hour in advance but no cab defined and nothing had arrived 10 minutes after designated time. So missed my train…

Scheduled a taxi to be picked up and arrived early. So convenient to book a taxi for a later time.
Driver very argumentative
Driver very argumentative due to the fact that we had requested 2 stops within 3 minutes drive of each other and that he wasn’t getting paid to do this. We eventually just told him to go to the one address and myself and my husband ended up- walking back home. We coul have understood if the stops were a distance apart but they weren’t and could have easily been done had the driver taken our preferred route but no he wasn’t getting paid having none of it. It was his way or no way😡. Very disappointed as we use taxis every Saturday to get to and to get back from our chosen destinations

I have been using Veezu since they started.
All cats have been clean and comfortable.
All drivers have been polite and helpful and helped with my walking aid and helped me in and out of car. Fares are reasonable and discount if booked on line. Will continue to use them as first choice.
