More reliable the other companies like uber, Veezu actually accepts the rides even on Sundays early morning
Lazy drivers always on phone
Almost all the time they are on the phone with families they even don’t care to ask if I mind they are calling. The other thing is I travel with small baby and pushchair once in a while I get help from them but usually they even don’t move. Absolutely no manners.

Poor service
Was pleased to see that the Gosport branch have taxis which take wheelchairs. I have an elderly relative with dementia whom I needed to get to an appointment in the afternoon. Called twice but was told both times they do not pre book and I have to call after 12.30pm to see if one is available! Useless!

Expensive scammers
Pre booked some taxi journeys in advance and they show up at completely the wrong time. The booking confirmation is hardly there so you can’t check it either and they charge premium prices.

The App Failed, But I Was Blamed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I booked this taxi to transport my 5-year-old daughter, who had a high fever and urgently needed to travel. I followed the pickup location shown in the Veezu app, trusting that it was correct. While running with my sick child to reach the pickup point, the driver marked the journey as “No Pick Up.”
Veezu later claimed that the app had only provided a general location and that they had tried to call me. However, as a customer, I can only rely on the pickup location displayed by the app. If the app failed to provide the correct location to the driver, that is a system failure, not the customer’s fault.
Instead of accepting responsibility for the apparent technical issue, my formal complaint was rejected, and the blame was placed entirely on me.
I expected compassion and support, especially given that I was travelling with a sick child. Unfortunately, I received neither.
I hope Veezu improves the reliability of its app and its approach to customer complaints so that no other family experiences what we did.

Booking system is broken
Scheduled Pick up from Heathrow almost always fails. In more than a handful of occasions, I have booked a cab 24 hours in advance, only to land and find that the app is still looking for a driver. if I cancel and order a new ride on the spot, it’s an hour away. Veezu fails me constantly. Uber does not, so I am sticking with them moving forward.

Great service, easy to use app
I am an occasional taxi user and have used Veezu almost exclusively. I use the app to book and pay. I find it very easy and the car/driver tracking is accurate and reassuring.

Easy booking and quick pick and top driver
Worse than useless
Booked an early morning taxi with five days notice, only for it to cancel within five minutes of the arrival time. Then no other drivers would pick up the booking. Why offer a ‘book in advance’ option if you can’t honour the booking? Immediately delete.
Extremely dodgy practices
I booked a journey based on a "fixed price" quote of £10.40. The fare charged was £14.40. There was no waiting time or route change. When I questioned this Veezu said that surge pricing had been applied. You can't quote a "fixed price" then apply surge pricing.

Absolutely unacceptable service , I booked taxi from Liverpool airport and waited 40 minutes and no car arrived , operator changed increasing price from 10 £ to 17 £ I have Accepted new fare then wait 30 minutes , called operator and was told to wait 30 minutes more .
This is 1 am all other passengers already left with in 20 minutes

Poor service
Taxis aren’t pre-booked. This is basically uber but without the guarantee. Cancelled on me last minute for a really important day. Don’t use.
