Great App
Let’s me review my vehicle warranty whenever I need to.
Appalling App!
I’ve had this app since I bought my current car as the scratch and dent insurance as well as the alloy wheel insurance was included in the purchase. When I have needed to use it, at times it is impossible to update. For example, I’m trying to make a claim for a couple of small scratches to my car which means having to go through the app.
So far all I’ve got to is the point where it insists that I have to put in the correct information about me including phone numbers. I only have a mobile and every time I try to do so the app removes the last figure and gives an error message every time. Not good at all!!

I've been trying to log in all day and nothing, it's not looking good so far.
Mising features
You should be able to open and zoom in rather than just open or download and then zoom in the photo app with the uploaded documents.
Not being able to upload documents in PDF format in a pain as it’s the format that most of the documents are sent via email.

Unable to see or submit information
There is a major glitch in the system that is preventing users from accessing their information or submitting a claim. The website automatically sends you to the app from your phone and spins out once you click maintenance. Developers need to fix.

Actually unbelievable how bad it is.
It kept telling me my password was wrong. Then I reset it and it STILL told me my password was wrong. Then I reset it a second time and it STILL told me my password was wrong. So the only conclusion I'm able to draw is that it's actually just impossible for me to log in to this app.
post code textbox validation does not work
post code validation is not working and it is so frustrating. it doesn't allow you to put any spaces between characters, but then if you put something like DE141TH it says please enter a valid post code. So you can't type DE14 1TH either but the error keeps showing. (car reg number plate, post code page) I couldn't even start using the app just stuck in this step. (same in web page as well)

We decided to purchase the warranty through assurant with the hope we would never have to use to.
My vehicle broke down 2.5 hours from home on a Saturday.
I had my suv in a repair shop on Monday and it ended up being a lifter failure resulting in camshaft failure. By Tuesday my claim was submitted and approved to begin work. Assurant was easy to work with and fast despite all the negative reviews i have seen.
I would purchase this plan again and again after experiencing what I have this last week.

Not Crazy About the APP
Voice by Phone is not Better either

So far I find this App frustrating and a poor user experience. I hope there are plans for improvements
Useless
No actual answers in the app, no way to communicate. You have to call and endure their horrible voice mail, where you will be required to enter the same information three times and listen to the same useless and inaccurate information three times before you get to the point where they tell you the offices are closed. Then they’ll tell you they have to inspect your vehicle, which they will allegedly do within 2 to 3 days, but you’re calling because it’s been a week and they still haven’t done it.

App doesn’t work as it should.
There are bugs in the app. When I click on the Maintnance tab it stays cycling and never loads. You cant even go back to the previous page and have to shut down the whole app. It’s useless at this point.
Useless
Can’t get to a person or set up anything besides a claim. Which my car dealership already did. How do you set for a rental car??? How can you charge people more than the promised co-pay??
The app has a few bugs :(
In the app it does not find the nearest garage when through the website it shows . The menage bookings section (app) does not show booked appointments.
The setup failed.
The setup failed when entering my Zip code. I have no idea why.
Assurant is a scam
I would stay clear of buying an extended warranty from this company. The contract is sold as peace of mind in case something should go wrong, but when something DOES happen to go wrong, they will look for any excuse to deny your claim. “Mechanical problems” are not actually covered- random PARTS are, so if your engine malfunctions, say smoke starts to pour out of it, unless a specific *part* has broken, they will deny your claim. A reasonable interpretation of “mechanical issues are covered” would be that if your engine is pouring smoke, there’s something wrong. Assurant says, “No. Only *sometimes*.” I am getting a refund on the remainder of my contract and if I can convince even one person to think twice abt dealing with this company, I will be satisfied.
