They dupe money and then don’t pay challan
Shame on Cars24 owners who are bringing their IPO although they duped me for money of my challan and then kept the status pending. I went to the RTO and made payment after 3 days. When I called their customer support, a rude, uninterested lady told they’d paid challan on same day but it takes days to reflect, which is a blatant lie as the status from government portal happens instantly. Their system isn’t integrated correctly but they shift responsibility to the customer and dupe them of their hard earned money.

I paid the challan for my vehicle several days ago, but it is still showing as Pending in the VehicleInfo app. I have already contacted support, but the issue has not been resolved yet. Kindly verify my payment and update the challan status as soon as possible. Thank you.

I paid my e-Challan through the VehicleInfo app, and the app shows the payment status as Settled. However, the official government e-Challan website still shows the challan as Pending.
This is concerning because there is no confirmation that the payment has been updated with the government records. Please investigate this issue and ensure the payment is reflected on the official e-Challan portal as soon as possible. Until then, users cannot be sure that their challan has actually been cleared.

FRAUD
I had a terrible experience with VehicleInfo. I paid ₹670 to clear my challan through the app, but I was charged twice for the same challan. This is completely unacceptable.
There was no clear warning, no proper confirmation, and now I’m left trying to recover my money. An app that handles payments should have safeguards to prevent duplicate charges, or at the very least provide prompt customer support and refunds.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this app. Be extremely careful before making any payments through VehicleInfo, and always verify your transaction details.

Too annoying
Its a great app but you get too many notifications regarding pending challans, renewal of insurance and other related alerts. It is a good reminder but its too frequent. And they also send these notifications to your WhatsApp
