The app never sent me a PIN as requested. Tried several times and then it gave me an error that I had requested too many. Completely useless.

Please can we just think critically. What is the reason I would need to rent a bike? Probably because I’m not from where I’m trying to rent the bike. This means I probably won’t have a phone number where I’m trying to rent the bike. Why is the only possible way to verify my identity by using my phone number then???
