The app never sent me a PIN as requested. Tried several times and then it gave me an error that I had requested too many. Completely useless.
App developers didn’t think too long do they?
Please can we just think critically. What is the reason I would need to rent a bike? Probably because I’m not from where I’m trying to rent the bike. This means I probably won’t have a phone number where I’m trying to rent the bike. Why is the only possible way to verify my identity by using my phone number then???

Découvrir la ville
Quel meilleur moyen de découvrir Strasbourg qu’à vélo avec Velihop. Tout est fait pour faciliter la prise en main que l’arrêt temporaire ou le retour. Seul bémol: pourquoi ne pas avoir le droit de le déposer à n’importe quelle station au retour… Merci Velihop et merci Strasbourg.
Fun ride
If you have a US number, call customer service so they can send the code to your phone. After we got the code, we found the bikes, and had a great ride. The address on the map was not correct, but we found it just one block over. The parking feature charged us a fee, but when I called customer service, they were super helpful and reversed it. Fun service, so grateful that you have that available for us to use.

Aucune utilité si il faut rendre le vélo à la station d’origine.
Qui a besoin d’un vélo pour se déplacer si il faut le rendre au point de départ ? Personne 😂 on se déplace d’un point À à un point B, c’est la seule ville de France avec un système aussi mal fait….
Top ! Bon vélo et pas cher
Le plus compliqué, ça a été d’en trouver un car les week-ends de beau temps un peu compliqué de choper un vélo, ils sont pratiques maniable avec sept vitesses. Il faudra en mettre plus à disposition sur strasbourg.

Vélos en bon etat, facile d’utilisation et pas très cher quand on garde le vélo tout la journée !
Unusable for Americans
Visiting Strasbourg from the states. Thought that it’d be cool to bike around the city however this app is not for Americans. You cannot register with an American number. Shame.
Anti American App
If you’re one of the many US tourist coming to Strasbourg do not bother with this app. Americans aren’t allowed to use it. You cannot register a US based phone number.

Can’t seem to use with British mobile number, pin never arrives and no other way of registering. Disappointing.

Trop facile et trop pratique !
Première utilisation ce jour, quelle simplicité d'utilisation ! Avec le forfait annuel me voilà quand même équipée d'un vélo pour me déplacer rapidement en ville alors que j'habite à la limite de l'euro métropole !
Great way to see the city!
The bikes were affordable and the app was easy to use. Would suggest adding a phone strap/holder for easier navigation when biking. Otherwise, great offering!

L’application est très pratique les vélos en très bon état. Par contre le gros hic c’est l’obligation de laisser le vélo là où on l’a pris.
Le forfait de 25 € est rédhibitoire. j’utilise souvent les Velo dans différentes villes et c’est la première fois que je suis confronté à ce problème. Dommage car sinon tout est parfait.

Une expérience très satisfaisante
Très bon système de location de vélo !
Facilité d’utilisation mais…
L’app est vraiment superbe mais je trouve que le service mériterait quelques bornes supplémentaires (Gallia, quartier Coop) et je trouve dommage qu’on ne puisse pas laisser le vélo à une autre borne sans surcoût.
