The app currently works great. The wait time was a little longer because they have fewer drivers than Uber but the experience was good, and the price was cheaper. I’m a fan

Useless
I was first very excited about this new app and when I got a promo code for 50% off rides I decided to give it a try.
The first couple of times I had to give up because it would not find a car near me in Brooklyn!!
Finally when I decided to use it in Manhattan, I ended up getting overcharged as the promo code was never applied.
I emailed customer service twice, never got an answer.
Don’t bother and stick with what you know as they seem very unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.

App crashes all the time
I am an early adopter of this app, and have had high hopes since their founding. I’ve also received really awesome promotional offers as just a regular customer and as an early adopting customer. Could never take advantage because literally every time I proceed to the step where I need to confirm my pickup, the app crashes. Ongoing issue since I first downloaded the app many many months ago. Potential, but can’t use an app that always crashes guys ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not worth the wait....
I live in NYC, and have tried this twice now. Both times I’ve had wait times of over 20 minutes! All of the other apps offer rides in 5 minutes. They either do not have enough drivers or just aren’t ready to compete. I can’t imagine trying this service again
Scam
Before the app launched, it ran promotions to get more people to sign up- after they launched, the company didn’t hold their promise in regards to compensation for all of the referrals. Just seems like a scam- I’ve reached out multiple times with no reply!

This app has potential. It really does; it just needs the right people, the right engineers to put it all together.
If I was working on velo app, I would never allow it to have errors prior to release.

Premature app
Velo is not ready to be released... interface clearly isn’t finished, app keeps crashing, very difficult to use. It feels like a very early beta testing release

Guys how you spect me or anyone to request a car when we can’t even log in
