Why is it locked to portrait mode?
In this day in age where tons of people (especially in service/construction industries) are utilizing iPads and keyboards, why have you restricted the app to portrait mode only? It makes using a tablet and keyboard impossible. It just doesn’t make sense. Even if it’s poorly formatted it would be better than completely unusable on an iPad. Please fix!!!

My techs are complaining that the app keeps crashing in the Middle of a JSA or and DVIR. Please fix the apps constant crashing. They are being forced to restart inspections over and over.

Every time you use it it crashes and you have to do inspections multiple times , they should just get rid of this app it never works.

Form won’t submit
Faulty checklist design won’t allow the form to upload and the error it gives you, “missing root”, is not helpful. Another employee that has to use this app and has to waste time dealing with it not working
100% junk.
Jsa reports not sending keep tell us to update app.
Does Not Send Inspection
I will complete a safety audit and submit it. Then my safety manager gets into me about not doing the audits. Turns out even though they say ready for review, it never submits the report. Been seeing the same issues constantly and from what I can see by all these reviews, they’re having the same problem too.

App will not upload daily tasks that have been completed. This has been a reoccurring issue for over a year.
All Lost!
I’ve been forced to use this atrocious app to fill out reports. While competing an inspection it will claim to “save” the inspection when I periodically hit save while filling out he report but this does not register on the desktop. When I go to submit the report it is removed from my mobile app and leaves a blank space on the history. What’s more, I never got an email confirmation and the desktop does not register I even completed the report. WHAT GOOD IS THIS APP?! Might as well email the photos and comments to myself and use the desktop.

Super disappointed
I purchased velocity EHS because I was sold that there was an app that worked for inspections, audits and JHA’s.
Once I got the app, I learned JHA’s are not part of the app. I’ve been having issues with the connectivity between the app and the web browser during my inspections. I think I just lost two hours of work because of this glitch. I don’t recommend this product and I am looking at getting out of my contract with Velocity all together.

App does not work like it should
Doesn’t work as it should. Forms are left out there , and never submit to the system. . Some forms show on the app one day, then gone the next , and claim it was never done . Absolutely ridiculous. I have more faith in a chair with 3 legs than I do this app. They have multiple updates claiming to fix issues , However same problems remain, and at times , get worse

Out of 6 submissions 4 say something went wrong, poor quality for something crucial to employment and hourly raises
Crashes constantly.
This app has added about 3 more hours to a job take used to take me 15 mins. On top of the fact that it keeps crashing, it doesn’t save the progress I have made. Utter trash and I hope our company doesn’t renew the contract this up coming year.

Always kicks me out and have to log back in every time. Does not remember my location. Always buggy. Find something else
