What a great way to do business
I’m so glad I found this application! I have a few homes that I rent out, but I also have a full-time job. This app makes it easy to do business with the vendors I trust. The ticket goes straight to the vendor, then they quote the job, I approve the quote. Then after the job is complete, tenant can inspect and electronic payment is sent! It’s literally that simple. I didn’t even have to go on site. Thank you Vendor Crush for saving me time and money!

Unique help
I use this app to manage my communication and ticket tracking for on my tenants. We manage multiple properties with multiple units and this makes it very easy to not use not track, but to focus on the items I can complete and utilize my handymen for others. Great concept and my Tenants love it. It also has some reporting features I am looking forward to using during tax season.
