App has not operated at all for me
Finally & Loving It!
I’ve been waiting for a real Venetian app for years and they finally pulled the trigger. It’s a beautiful app. It has everything I could ask for including the ability to manage my points and rewards, claim offers, find restaurants and more. Having a real turn by turn interactive map in the app makes navigating the resort easier.
Using the app is easy and easy to navigate and find things. I’ve had a poor experience with other casino apps and so far haven’t had similar issues here.
I’ve experienced a few minor bugs but that is expected in a new app and I’m sure they will get those fixed. It hasn’t affected me in any way that makes it so I can’t use that app so that’s good.

I’ve been hoping The Venetian would launch an app and the finally did! It has everything I need as a Venetian Rewards member and some fun features that you can’t get on the website.
