I have never had a more helpful booking app in my life. After constant messages on several platforms, I finally moved to venue and it has been an absolute LIFE saver. I’ll never go back to just Instagram messages!

Finally after artists using multiple apps just to book our clients that really don’t work for us- Venue Ink is customized for tattoo artists specifically. Booking is so much easier and quicker. Game changer for Tattoo Artists
Switched to Venue about a year ago and it has truly made my life so much easier! I used to lose clients in a mess of DMs.. and now everything is so streamlined. And love that it’s free for artists, clients pay a small fee.

Absolutely worth it!!
I have been using Venue for a pretty long time now, since before they were even an app. Before I was answering inquiries through DMs and emails, and it was truly so draining. I’d often miss inquiries from just losing them amongst the mess of it all.
Venue Ink changed the booking process for me. It has always been a very good experience, at first being a little bit time consuming to set things up but that’s a testament to how customizable the content of this app and booking experience is. You can truly make it to how you like things to operate.
There are so many features that make the booking process much more streamline and quick- no more spending hours and hours responding to DMs or emails. I truly love venue and what it’s done for my business. All my clients have the easiest time booking with me, and my return clients love it too :)

Best switch I ever made!
I used to spend hours answering emails that ultimately ended up in spam folders, with constant back and forth about who received booking links or who didn’t. Venue Ink changed that immediately. I was able to link the platform directly to my website and start booking. People are already taking notice at my change in response time & my schedule is filling faster than ever before!
The quick response option makes booking the easiest part of my job, and each thread allows me to move between chats, and scheduling per person seamlessly. I wish I would’ve taken this leap sooner!

I love Venue Ink!
This is THE BEST tattoo booking platform I have ever used. I’m so grateful for the artists who took the time to develop this platform. My clients and I are very happy with the ease of communication, payment, and booking. I love the options, they have been very responsive, and I truly just couldn’t be happier. Any bugs in the app are fixed quickly, and this is saving me so much money.

Beat booking app ever !!!!
This app is all you need for your tattoo business or if your booking a tattoo
Waste of money
They charge 10% per booking, which is insane! They also have a subscription to where the client doesn’t have to pay but YOU pay $50 a month, which ends up at $600 a year. This service is definitely not worth that chunk of change. Theres no way to limit how many clients can book in a day, no buffer time after appointments, and the help they provide isn’t very helpful at all. It’s useful to have booking and client communication all in one platform, but venue ink charges too much for the lack of features it has.

Best scheduling app
Been using venue since I was in school and it’s made my life so much easier. As a fellow ADHDer it’s crucial to have as much organization as possible and this allows me to connect with clients, send out event information etc. highly recommend !

I’ve tried at least 3 tattoo booking softwares and this is the most user-friendly, affordable, and complete one. There are a few adjustments I’d like to see - tutorial videos on their YouTube channel, different appt. reminder messages for consultations than tattoo appointments, etc., but the staff is very responsive and helpful. The studio version of the app is also very good!

This app signs me out all the time and I have to sign back in every single time I want to use the app. kind of confusing to use, but other than that its useful

I was hesitant to switch over to venue for a year or so because I thought I had a good system going, but oh my god I’m so glad I finally made the switch. It’s so convenient having everything in one place, clients love that it feels more like texting than a formal email, and the support staff is so timely and helpful. Fantastic System and Support!
Not only is this a super duper easy booking system to use for fellow smooth brains like me, but the Tech Support team is super helpful and actual people and not robots (they helped me with a minor mistake I made setting this up LOL). This is a system actually made by helpful people and it really makes my bookings super easy for myself and clients 🖤

this app makes my life so much easier. to have flash, booking, finance, and client services all at once is a game changer. plus as a company, they’re always helping tattoo artists succeed outside of the app (insane discounts on supplies and members only drops). really grateful something like this exists in the industry.

Want to love it
I love the idea of this app, but after using it for a couple months I’ve had many issues. First off, it logs me out for no reason quite frequently, at least once a week, if not more. Clients have complained that they can’t tell if their messages get through to me. Often times when I open a chat with a client, it takes several minutes to load, if it ends up loading at all. And today I’m trying to send a client some messages and photos, and they just aren’t going through. This is incredibly frustrating as timely communication with clients is important for this business and this app is making it more difficult. I can deal with the logging out, but chat communication has to improve for me to justify using this! Please fix this, Venue !!

They don’t pay instant payouts… you have to wait 3 days just to get your money because they use STRIPE which is dumb so I stopped using the app it wasn’t beneficial for me and STILL NO INSTANT PAYMENT OPTION ITS STILL SAYING NOT ELIGIBLE
