Seems like the prices are significantly higher in 2026 and fewer items included in sales.
Also, the app’s filter is very restricted to “availability” only, so does not filter by size, color, type of clothing, etc. forcing you to look every item despite maybe not being available in my size and therefore wasting my time. Redevelop the app to be more shopper friendly and convenient with more categories and filter options.
Venus was my first stop and favorite online clothing store for many years but now has me looking at going to their competitors to shop.

Found some really cute clothes and swim suits.
However, I found out Venus does not take discover, when I went to checkout. Complete waste of my time.

Love the looks and most of the prices if out of my budget I just keep an eye out for when it’s on

The app works great, but I wish you could create a “wish list” or “save for later”.
Can’t Add to Cart?!
You used to be able to shop and add things to your car within this app. Now you cannot add anything to your cart. You can only browse items because the “add to cart” button doesn’t work.

I have not shopped on the app however I have been with Venus for a few years now. Their sales ROCK & pieces are the best fitting! I have long legs and a small waist and I always find something here that fits me very well, but I do have a problem sometimes because I have very small hips as well. Customer service are awesome and almost all of my favorite pieces come from venus.com! If you’re having trouble with it being slow, it only means that you have too many windows open! If we pay attention to how many windows are open on app or site, this should help improve your shopping experiences!

The newer app is slightly better than when things were just dumped together and not categorized, but not by much. I get started looking and it takes so long to load each item, that I just get so frustrated and have to leave, not even making it very far to see what I was looking for.
Awesome Store; App Needs Work
Venus is my favorite online store to shop at due to their high-quality clothing and drop-dead sales. No other site compares. The problem is the website AND the app. It’s so glitchy that the more I scroll through the clothing, the slower it gets until finally it refreshes and jumps back to the top again. So I know I’m missing being able to look at some things. PLEASE PLEASE fix this!!! 🙏

Dresses and pants fit to size. The return of merchandise is super easy. I’ve ordered from Venus several times and I do not have a complain, neither on merchandise or returns. I’ll give them 5 stars.
