Great potential but failed 230day trial
I truly wanted to love the scale and app combo. It all looked promising and I love how everything was integrated into one, including workout plan, food logging and body composition.. but it barely worked.
The lag was unbelievable, it didn’t sync on its own to the scale and it was clunky navigating to the body measurements and composition section which is what the scale is there for to begin with.
It also wouldn’t create new profiles as advertised, instead adding to the one profile, once cheering me on for losing 50kgs because I popped my daughter on the scale to test out the profile situation.
I did also ask for support via email (what was recomended) which wasn’t replied to- provided ample time of 2weeks for a response.
Will revisit the product again in a couple of years and see if it’s worth investing in again.

Excellent Health and Fitness App!
I've been using this health and fitness app for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The app is easy to navigate and offers personalized workout plans that fit my goals perfectly. Horrible App!!!
Please do not purchase the scale or download this app. The scale does not work readings are inaccurate. The app does not deliver any of the data that it claims to read. Stay away!!!

The Venus Health app is easy to use and useful to people who don’t know where to begin on their health journey. Information such as meal plans, BMI, exercise plans, and more are recorded by simply inputting your weight, height, and overall goals. The app is easy to navigate and all of your past and present information is available to see to record progress. If you don’t feel confident creating your own health plan or you have tried your own and don’t see results, this app could be very beneficial for you. Would recommend.

Very good for someone into fitness
This app seems like it’d be very useful for someone who does diet and track their physical health. I really like the exercise plan tab and the meal plan tab that has a whole week’s plan ready for you, which I struggle doing myself, if you sign up for premium. Very simple sign up process and allows you to connect to smart devices including smart scales which is really convenient. Easy and simple to use. Pretty self explanatory.

Good app to help lose weight
This app has been very helpful of keeping track of weight daily and goals achieved and you can conviently add other features such as ai scales and many different option will continue to use.

Although I initially gave the app/scale 1 star, I felt it fair to bump it up to 3 after their customer service rep replied to my email. The issue with the inaccurate body weight has been resolved and at least for body weight, it seems to be okay. Once I can get the segmented fat/muscle analysis working, I’ll update this review. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to function as advertised but it would be helpful if there was a user guide. Hopefully, customer service can help resolve. 12/29/24 Update: segment data doesn’t work and customer service response,” we use scale/app daily and works fine. Your issue is human error.” No help provided or suggested, no user manual or online help provided. It is nothing more than an expensive weight scale and fake use of AI for health. Plus scale was never used on carpet as claimed by company and no user videos were ever sent, stay away from this company!!

Unfortunately, upon looking at our database, our technical team identified basic user error, implying Kenpo has not used the scale correctly - All scales need to be placed on a firm even surface, the user has initially placed the scale on a carpet. We have tried our best to assist, including sending videos showing how to use the scale correctly. 100's of other early adopters and users are using the product correctly and are very happy with their purchase - We are continuing to support as much as possible.

Accurate Scale with Great Features
I’ve been using the Venus AI smart Scale for a few weeks, and it’s been an excellent experience. The scale is highly accurate and everything works perfectly.

Faulty device , zero support
Purchased their AI scale which was supposed to include a lifetime subscription to their app but unfortunately did not. Also, their scale kept stating I was 69 lb when in fact I weigh 175. When I tried to contact customer support for help, I realized there is no way to reach anyone. Stay away!!!
