Great Service
We are always pleased with the Staff at the Lakeport VeraBank. They are the most friendly and helpful people we’ve known. They always have a smile on their face. The VeraBank app is so easy to use and we highly recommend it.
Long load times
I like the app, but just to log in I have to restart the app multiple times, and it takes so long. It’s very annoying and frustrating when I’m trying to check funds in my account and it takes like ten minutes.
Vera Bank App
I really like the app, easy to use, great way to manage funds, recognize outstanding balances, etc. I know y’all have a date stamp on the transaction, but what I would like to see also, is the actual time of day it occurred. You time stamp it *ONLY* during the pending mode. I would like to see a time of day stamp *AFTER* it has gone into permanent status. Time of day stamp helps me to eliminate duplicate charges.

Bill Pay isssues
This app is great as long as you don’t have to pay any bills. The interface is clunky and seems like they make changes without any quality checks. And it’s no better on the web browser… Jack Henry, the bill payment component, need to go!
