About

VeraLume is the health and symptom tracker that turns what you log into answers. Log your symptoms, food, medication, sleep, exercise and anything else you notice all in one place. VeraLume analyses it in the background and reports what it finds. You never have to figure it out yourself. It answers the questions you actually have. What comes before my migraines? Is this supplement doing anything? Did cutting out dairy change anything? Ask one, and VeraLume pulls together every entry that relates to it — then turns what you concluded into a report you can hand to your doctor. And it gets better the longer you use it. Some of the most useful things in a health record only show up over months — a slow improvement, something that only matters in one season, a change you would never connect to a day six weeks earlier. The more you log, the more VeraLume has to find them in. Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-up, and we never receive your record. Open the app and a complete sample record is already there, findings and all, so you can see what VeraLume does before logging a thing. FEATURES: • Pattern Detection — automatic analysis of everything you log, running as your record grows • Compare to Normal — what was different in the lead-up to a bad day (Pro) • Investigations — answer one question using every entry that relates to it • Reports — a document to hand to your doctor • Graphs for severity, duration and how often something happens • Quick logging with Favorites, Stacks and Siri • Photos, notes and tags on any entry • Automatic weather, air quality and pollen, and Apple Health import (Pro) • Encrypted backup, and sync across your own devices (Pro) • Detection packs for migraine, for pacing with ME/CFS and long COVID, and for elimination diets Free is a complete app, not a trial. Logging, your Timeline, search, graphs, Reports, Siri and backups are free and never expire. Pro shows you every finding in full and reads your whole history rather than only recent months. Packs are a one-time purchase and work with or without Pro. VeraLume is a wellness and self-tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and nothing in it is medical advice. Patterns describe what is in your own record — they are not statements of cause. Decisions about your care are between you and your practitioner.

What's New in VeraLume Symptom Tracker

1.1.0

October 8, 2026

What's New in 1.1.0 - Rate whether it helped. Medications, supplements, and remedies can now be marked "Helped" or "Didn't help" right from the entry — visible on Timeline, filterable, and reflected in Insights. - Packs now apply inside Investigations, not just automatic detection. If you've bought a pack (Migraine, Pacing, or Elimination), it now sharpens the results of your own Investigations too. - Buying a pack now opens its guidance page immediately, showing exactly what it needs from your logging — with tappable suggestions that fill in the entry for you, and a note on why results can take longer for some people than others. - Logging Guidance (the lightbulb icon on Insights) now also opens your packs' own guidance — no separate trip to Settings needed. - New: Report a Problem (Settings → Advanced) — one tap opens an email with your version and diagnostic log ready to go. - New: Detection Report (Settings → Advanced) — explains why Pattern Detection has or hasn't found something yet. - Added "Show in Timeline" — jump straight from a filtered search result to its place in your full history. - Fixed a graph display bug where the weekly entry chart could be cut off at either edge, and made the current week easier to spot without fading its colors. - Improved Pattern Detection accuracy so a near-daily habit (like a daily vitamin) is no longer flagged as a meaningful finding just because the record is long.
