NHS App.
I down loaded the NHS on last Saturday and have I have created an account successfully. The same day I got a message from NHS informatics / IT suggesting my account didn’t belong to me having shared all my personal information. I have deleted and redownloaded loaded the account but am getting no joy here
. What could possibly gone and there isn’t a phone , some people be excluded from this because of the NHS’s inability to use the system themselves. This same for the EPic app systems. Why yer yo roll out these innovations but you have the money and no IT specialists and IT professionals who can effectively not only help patients with any difficulties in case of emergency for patients who can’t speak. I thought it was a good way to take to the next quality improvements strategy.?

App not working
Your app is so rubbish that’s just a Red Cross on the page I cannot do anything

Same problem getting a red across waste of time Don’t bother with this rubbish Also trying to get nickname accepted this is tripe.
Problem setting up
I tried to set this up but first screen said click on link in their message. I hadn’t given any details and app won’t do anything. There is a red X at the top but it doesn’t do anything

Tried to set up app went through right up to Face ID then a message came up saying contact team because there an error so emailed them and haven’t received an answer
