We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're constantly enhancing the Verily Me app to improve your experience, and deliver new features and performance upgrades. Regarding your health records, we request access to your HIE data because it provides a more complete picture of your health, including your past labs, medications, and visits, so that we can give you better care recommendations. We strictly use your data as permitted under HIPAA/HIPAA Authorization to provide services, communicate with you and, with explicit consent, enable research opportunities.

Food Logging
One day a grapefruit is 50 calories and the next day it’s 150 calories.
2 eggs are 140 cal, not 300 as the AI says.
Plus it only looks at calories, counting calories is not where nutrition is at.
This app needs to be calculating protein and carbs when looking at meals.

Since our inception, ten years ago, we have been committed to building trusted relationships with our users by adhering to the highest privacy standards in the industry. Finally, regarding the cost, while Verily Me is a free app that is personalized to you, we partner with health plans and employers who pay for our Lightpath virtual care programs in Verily Me as a benefit for their eligible members and employees. We also support clinical advancement through the Lifelong Health Study, which helps clinical researchers better understand the many factors that shape long-term health.
