Regarding your concerns, we collect a photo ID and a selfie as part of a secure, one-time verification process to protect your account against accidental or unauthorized access; we do not store this information. As for your records, there are a number of reasons why specific information may not appear in the app. We would like to look into this further to best support you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're constantly enhancing the Verily Me app to improve your experience, and deliver new features and performance upgrades. Regarding your health records, we request access to your HIE data because it provides a more complete picture of your health, including your past labs, medications, and visits, so that we can give you better care recommendations. We strictly use your data as permitted under HIPAA/HIPAA Authorization to provide services, communicate with you and, with explicit consent, enable research opportunities.
