Some brands are currently transitioning from their previous authentication systems to Verimie due to the speed and security of our technology. During this transition period, it is possible that older packaging or inserts may still appear alongside newer Verimie labels, which can lead to mixed signals when scanning. We cannot speak on behalf of individual brands’ packaging processes, but once a product is properly registered in Verimie’s system through our verification process, it will be consistently recognized as “Authenticated,” as you experienced with the Verimie scan. If you have any specific product details, feel free to reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help investigate further.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you didn’t have a good experience with the app. Verimie only recognizes products that have been properly registered and verified by the brand through our system as “Authenticated.” Results depend on whether the item is part of the official registered database from the brand.
