Scammers
Acknowledge that they received a package then proceeded to email me a picture of a ripped open package and said the post office stole my cards with no proof and that it was my fault that I didn’t package it right. When I asked for a resolution, they told me it wasn’t their problem.
Bad for the hobby
There are better apps out there to get cards. This app is confusing and getting a deal done on the app is near impossible with inconsistent prices and low response rate from other users. Best use to create a vault to share at shows or socials.

Bad user experience
I’ve had this app about 2 months. And my account has been locked numerous times. Support has never said why. Have to email them to unlock.
Accountability & Verification
Absolutely horrible company, will send you damaged cards and tell you they are not liable for it even if it doesn’t match condition. Customer Service is just a series of copy pasted responses about how they wont take accountability.
Buggy App
This app won’t let me add my address even after trying multiple times to allow me to make cash offers. It also will not allow me to add new inventory into the app. One of the worst apps I’ve used for cards.
Too many fees.

I’ve never thought to use this app after starting my sports card business, but I am so glad I did.

For an app where it seems a lot can go wrong by people not doing the trades they seem to make it work it is the best customer service and just a w. The problem is getting banned from others doing
Careful for vintage OC Card values
Careful for (OC) graded vintage cards priced as normal grades. Theres no warning from VS unless you zoom into the image. It’s not listed next to the grade or slab number
Veriswap need to update their grade choices for vintage. I didn’t know and took the hit on two montana RC with (OC) grades.
I was lured in with interest and without opening the image and zooming in I thought it was a fair deal and understood giving 400 in value over comps bc of the trade up.
After zooming in on the card a few hours later I noticed the OC mark and looked up comps. Turns out it’s only a $200 card not $1500, I requested an immediate cancellation and VS took 2 days to reply they don’t reimburse fees????
That’s handicap level comment and illegal. You can cancel any purchase in any state without penalty. I am extremely annoyed at the fact this is the 3rd time I had my gaurd down and losing money for absolutely NO reason

Great app. Ok/Bad priced fees and long turnaround times.
The app overall is amazing. Couldn’t ask for anything more. However… the fees get a little pricey so unless you’re doing a trade worth 100$+ in total combined value it’s not really worth it. Tried trading 10$ in cards and it wanted to charge me 8$ + a 5$ shipping label. Plus the turnaround time takes around 2 weeks. If one of the two issues were fixed the other wouldn’t matter much but your paying 15$+ to have to wait 2-3 weeks to get your trade. If it was 5-8$ and 2-3 weeks or 15$ and 1-2 weeks it’d be a lot better but still not perfect.

Terrible app and company
Multiple times people messaged me talking trash and name calling they then decided to deactivate my account for reporting them and bringing the problem to light garbage app and garbage company
Horrendous community and worse management
I’ve done 4 trades on the abysmal app and 1 guy just straight up didn’t ship the card and ignored messages and one other cancelled a trade for no good reason after I shipped my cards. Both costing me lots in fees and shipping all with 0 support from VeriSwap. Risking being stabbed on Facebook marketplace is better than this garbage app.

Fees getting out of hand
I am a small time collector that doesn’t have much money to trade, but when I found this app, it makes it a lot easier to trade a big cards. If you find the right people to trade with the downside is that the people on this app? just want double a triple the value of what the cards actually worth and you’re sitting there trying to get a guild done for hours when in the end point they just say they’ll pass and you feel like your time is straight wasted I’ve done a few trades on Veriswap. and the turnaround time is a long time if you do a trade on this app, don’t expect to get your cards for at least a month. It’s a great concept, but this will die out fast if they keep the fees this high and shipping takes so long because of this point I’d rather go trade with real people at card shops and card shows that won’t sit there and waste my time be very careful in trading this app because unless you’re trading cards over $500 the fees and shipping doesn’t really seem worth it.
