Veriswap is a app where you can trade sports cards, there are fees that are paid to Veriswap to ensure that trades are transaction properly and for shipping which is totally fine. It’s actually a great idea for an app. The terrible thing about Veriswap is the support when there are issues with shipment/and updates that should be given to traders on this app. Veriswap will not notify you of missing shipments until you reach out and they will take weeks to respond to your emails. You almost have to send them emails on a daily basis until they respond. The app has so much potential but their support is just flat out terrible. People like sports card investor should be ashamed to promote this app. I have had terrible experiences trading on this app and the fix on their end is a refund which should be a given but they never try to make it right or want to give you a very low credit option “for your next trade”. I do not recommend.

Everything is great minus the amount of mail that gets lost with usps

Traded for a “Jalen hurts auto”. As it’s labeled in the title. Not until you go to descriptions that it’s labeled fake auto. I reach out to cancel before I get scammed and I’m the one who canceled it realizing I was being misled. Yet they still rule in the other traders side. Beware before using!
Pretty good.
Probably the safest way to trade your cards in the hobby, I’ve heard there have been problems with FedEx and stuff but that’s not really there fault. The fees suck and there’s some real stupid people on the app, by it really is a great way to get cards you were looking for.
Overvalued cards
Good app to trade with. I think the fees are expensive, but my main issue with the app is how they continuously let clown collectors overvalue TF out of cards. I see dudes everyday valuing double and even triple the amount for the cards they have. If they are doing that to ragebait me, it’s working. I hope Veriswap can figure out a way to manage the TRUE values on cards.

Horrible app
This app is the worst thing I’ve ever used lost along money on lost or damaged mail from trades and got offered %30 of the value of the lost cards stay away horrible app!!!
Total scam! High fees! Zero customer support!
I really hesitated on writing this as I love the concept but cannot stand by such poor service and robbery! I’ve made over ten trades paid over $200 in fees for a horrible turnaround time, no customer support regarding account, ongoing app glitches. I paid $30 in a trade only to have the other party canceled after I shipped my cards, I was emailed that a refund would be provided, never got it. My cards where never returned! They sat at the veriswap location for over two weeks!! I still have not heard back from any of my emails sent requesting my refund and cards back! This is what lead me to warn everyone. This app was such a huge let down and would not recommend. Be careful trading away high valued cards.

Customer Service
I lost faith in this Ap. First experience was great then 3/4 of my last trades were lost in the mail. No shipping cost were refunded just the value of the trade not the card. I would never trade a bigger card on this site. Customer service was really unresponsive for weeks. It will be hard to use this again unless it’s a card I could care less about. This took something fun to do with my kids to a miserable experience.

Hopefully none of you ever run into a issue when USPS loses a package that Veriswap sent out bc you will be very dissatisfied with how they handle it. Made a ton of trades never have had an issue first issue and they refuse to make things right. Very disappointed in them

Veriswap review
Overall good app to trade on but needs better protection from fraudulent traders. I did a trade where there was not complete transparency and the seller said I should have seen it in the picture, but the picture did not express the defect in the card. Sub claim they could do nothing about it.
