Worse app I ever used. I had an order that got canceled for $53 and the money was taken from my account and never returned. Many complaints and they still haven’t looked at any of them and returned my money. Don’t recommend this app if you don’t wanna get stolen from

Truly disappointed in Geoff Wilson
I was genuinely excited to try this app because I respect Geoff Wilson and what he’s done for the hobby. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Instead of finding a welcoming community, I dealt with overpriced vendors and collectors and was insulted multiple times simply for trying to negotiate. The marketplace feels more focused on squeezing every dollar out of buyers than creating a positive experience for collectors.
The fees are excessive, shipping charges are confusing and appear to be double charged in some cases, and customer service has been unprofessional and unhelpful when issues arise.
For an app backed by someone who has such a strong voice in the hobby, this is a major letdown. Geoff Wilson should be embarrassed by the current state of the platform. I cannot recommend this app to other collectors until significant improvements are made to the marketplace, fee structure, and customer support.

Scammers galore
Some great people on this app but there are some who pass jumbo downtowns and stained glasses off as downtowns and bury it in the additional details vs actual title. My son made a bad trade and got completely scammed thinking he was getting a downtown. Live and learn. Veriswap did nothing. Fees are high

What could have been
Veriswap had the chance to become the go-to platform for high-value collectors, but it lost sight of what actually makes the hobby work: community and trust. Building the experience around anonymity instead of relationships feels like the wrong bet.
The fees are hard to justify for what’s essentially a service exchange, and the clearing-house process, especially for raw cards, is practically nonexistent. For a platform centered on high-value transactions, that’s a major miss.
The idea was great. The execution hasn’t kept up.

Annoying things
I made me use a different phone number because it said my phone number was used. Also I already accepted a deal and paid but it said I didn’t and I had to pay again

Scammers
Acknowledge that they received a package then proceeded to email me a picture of a ripped open package and said the post office stole my cards with no proof and that it was my fault that I didn’t package it right. When I asked for a resolution, they told me it wasn’t their problem.
Bad for the hobby
There are better apps out there to get cards. This app is confusing and getting a deal done on the app is near impossible with inconsistent prices and low response rate from other users. Best use to create a vault to share at shows or socials.

Bad user experience
I’ve had this app about 2 months. And my account has been locked numerous times. Support has never said why. Have to email them to unlock.
Accountability & Verification
Absolutely horrible company, will send you damaged cards and tell you they are not liable for it even if it doesn’t match condition. Customer Service is just a series of copy pasted responses about how they wont take accountability.
Buggy App
This app won’t let me add my address even after trying multiple times to allow me to make cash offers. It also will not allow me to add new inventory into the app. One of the worst apps I’ve used for cards.

I’ve never thought to use this app after starting my sports card business, but I am so glad I did.
It’s great to move cards that you cannot get rid of in person or online. There’s really a trader for everything.

For an app where it seems a lot can go wrong by people not doing the trades they seem to make it work it is the best customer service and just a w. The problem is getting banned from others doing
