Slow and Duplicates
Verizon needs a lot of help. And you’re not better not off using the desktop version. Their playback of videos is horrible. I have direct fiber optic, 1gb to my home, and video playbacks are horrible. When you download you spent more time trying to figure out what actually downloaded. DO NOT DELETE YOUR PHOTOS FROM YOUR PHONE. Make sure they’re on the Verizon cloud. This is where you will spend hours double checking to make sure your stuff is safe.
Also, Verizon Cloud will not tell you if your pics are duplicates… grrr. If you download directly from your phone then try to download from your desktop it will not recognize duplicates.
I’m pretty tech savvy. Their app is horrible and frustrating.

How does anyone like this?!?!
Am I the only one who doesn’t have DAYS to look back through for a photo or video? And with the app open, the phone gets so hot you can’t hold it!! This is my 3rd different iPhone and they all do the same thing.
