My doctor prescribed specific exercises for my balance issues and we use this app for accessing all the instructions and videos so I do them the right way. It also tacks my progress so he can monitor my treatment. It’s so much easier.
Can’t get in app
I tried getting this app but it asks me for my phone number or email and it comes back it’s not recognizing them there is no place for a new user to subscribe
