Are you suffering from dizziness? Does it feel like a battle just to get through the day? How are you supposed to be great at your job and look after your family if you always feel dizzy, anxious and unwell? Is it actually possible to feel normal again?! Have you already tried physiotherapy and vertigo medication... and nothing has quite worked for you? How do you find the TIME to start feeling better if you're a busy parent or have a full time job? Why hasn't anyone explained why you’re still feeling so dizzy and how to get better? Can you really get your balance back without medication or spending hours per day exercising? Are you following a generic list of exercises, some of which are too hard and others feel like a waste of time? If any (or all) of the above questions run through your head… day after day… I might be able to help. Hey, it's Jake here… I've been working with people suffering from acute and chronic dizziness for the last 13 years. I’ve helped thousands of people suffering from dizziness find their balance and finally feel safe by creating a sustainable step by step action plan. However, travelling when you feel dizzy and anxious makes attending appointments difficult. It means even more time away from your family and your work. The travel to and from the appointment can aggravate your symptoms so you don’t feel the benefit of the treatment. However, new technology means we can make that process much more time efficient and cost effective. No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from wobbly to rock solid. 1. Follow a proven step by step program 2. Set your goals and track your progress 3. Get feedback and support Take advantage of the free vestibular rehabilitation course and start improving now.
