Don’t use this app
Honestly, every single feature of this app has issues and it is lacking every feature that might make your life easier.
Texting - stopped working
Phone calls- for a couple days a week, nobody could hear us when we picked up. Then it stopped working entirely.
No search function for texts.
No mark as unread function for texts.
If you have the desktop app open, it will pop up your text messages and they will be “unread”
Voicemails couldn’t always be played because they glitched
The app was constantly freezing up.
Now, we found out that our passwords were in a data leak.
Please, just look at the reviews and don’t use verve.

Don’t use this app
Honestly, every single feature of this app has issues. Texting, phone calls, it all had bugs then stopped working entirely.
Not a good business phone service
Drops calls all the time, text messages don’t go through and come in at times. Horrible tech support and no solutions. Cant search for previous messages like other platforms.
App needs work
You can tell very little money has been put into this app. Various problems with the app freezing up, voice mail menu freezing up, phone calls do not trigger my phones ringer and push notifications and sounds are not being triggered. So I am constantly missing phone calls. The directory ONLY shows extension numbers so we have to maintain a secondary directory on a spreadsheet because Nextlevels system does not display actual phones registered to the phones. Very frustrating experience.
