App needs work
App frequently will not issue phone calls when dialing or it will dial the number but there will be no ring tone. I consistently have to force the app closed then reopen it to get voicemail retrieval to work. Some times when receiving phone calls on this app, it will ring only twice then go voicemail.
All the company numbers are listed on the app’s directory by extension only, so you are unable to see the users company phone number. There are also quality issues with the sound, often the apps volume is too low when it’s maxed or there can be excessive static on the line.
