Negligence and Poor Emergency Care- only money minded staff and doctors
Very bad hospital. If your pet is in critical condition, I do not recommend this hospital at all. They are not serious about emergency cases. I lost my cat because of their negligence and careless treatment.
Even after knowing my cat’s condition was serious and needed immediate attention, they assigned a doctor with barely one year of experience. Doctors were roaming here and there while assistants were giving injections instead of proper doctors handling the case. They wasted 2 precious days and only gave treatment twice instead of starting the actual treatment my cat urgently needed.
The staff seems more focused on money than saving pets. They charged us around ₹60,000–70,000, but the care and seriousness were extremely poor. It honestly felt very money-minded.
I would strongly suggest taking your pet to a nearby trusted vet clinic instead. At least many local vets take cases seriously and start treatment immediately in emergency situations.

I visited Vetic twice for my cat because he was not eating and was vomiting yellow fluid along with worms.
During the first visit they gave one injection and a deworming syrup, saying the vomiting would stop. However, nothing improved. The very next day I had to visit again because my cat’s condition was still bad. They started IV drip treatment and conducted blood and LFY tests. They said proper treatment would begin only after the reports, but procedures were already done before the results.
Even after all this, my cat’s condition did not improve at all.
The next morning I received a feedback call. I explained the poor service and lack of improvement. After some time another person called claiming to be a senior doctor, but he had no idea what treatment had been given to my cat during the previous two nights.
My cat struggled for two days and finally passed away. I lost him. Because of these money-extracting brands, I lost a precious life.
My suggestion: please think carefully before visiting here. It is better to go to a nearby government veterinary hospital where doctors may actually care about animals.

Vetic’s service is good however this review is specifically for this app’s backend team. With the recent software switch and rebranding, they’ve lost all the previous data of my pet that includes past consultation histories, vaccination records, surgery record and other grooming bookings. Earlier their team was not admitting this and was claiming that I did not have an account earlier despite showing them the past booking confirmation messages. Now after a week they came back saying they got only 2 records but not others. It’s been more than a month now to chase on this and i don’t think they have any solution now. A piece of advice: don’t trust this app and the record keeping in this app. Always take hard copies for future reference. This was not the experience expected from them where they just delete all the records without even information

Worst Clinic & Grooming
I had a highly frustrating experience at this clinic. I arrived at 2:50 PM for a 3:00 PM slot, but my pet wasn't taken until 3:35 PM. Later, they called me to come at 5:00 PM, but upon arrival, I was told to wait again as the grooming was only just beginning. What should have been a 1-hour session turned into a 3-hour ordeal. The grooming was done in a hurry and the quality was very poor. I strongly advise pet parents in the neighborhood to look for better alternatives. Don't fall for their packages or EMI schemes; it’s not worth the stress

Explanation and Care provided by the doctor and Attendants was excellent and I really felt at peace thinking that Milo would be taken care of so dearly and I hope the service level does not change with time.

WORST CLINIC EVER
This is the worst clinic. My cat's condition was very bad so I took him to vetic. After that the doctor told me that it was a very serious disease so I panicked and they took advantage of my desperation And he did not do much, still he took 9k from me and said that I will have to come for follow up tomorrow. I went to the vet the next day and the other doctor said that my cat do not have any such disease. Then he also started taking advantage of my desperation and asking for more money because my cat was smelling bad, he said it was a virus, Whereas it was just the smell of his urine which he had done at night. , then I immediately left from there, these people took 11k from me. And my cat is still in a dying condition. When I went to another vet, they told me that they did not give any treatment to my cat, they just gave oxygen and drip. and some injection THE WORST CLINIC FOR PETS !

They are scam
Too expensive they charge alot. Just to clean ears they 1st charged 750 consultation fee which is acceptable then to check ear mites in microscope they charged additional 350 which in other veterinary clinics it's free of cost. Spot on price is 300 just to apply that over cat body they charged 300rs additional.
Overall the expense came around 3650 excluding vaccination or dewarming.
They only know to charge amount and also not at all satisfied with the service

I need to take a moment to WARN every pet parent out there: DO NOT trust Vetic — neither as a hospital nor as a company. THEY ARE A SCAM.
Because of their absolute negligence and incompetence, my beloved pet had to get her back limb amputated. Yes, AMPUTATED. She was attacked by a street dog, and we rushed her to Vetic immediately. For the first four days, they kept telling us that she's recovering well, that everything was going in the right direction.
Then, completely out of nowhere, during a routine visit for her rabies vaccination, they suddenly drop the bomb — “Her leg needs to be removed.” What?! We were visiting regularly, trusting their so-called professional treatment, and no one even hinted at this possibility before. No updates, no transparency, just this sudden, irreversible decision.
We raised complaints through their customer care. Guess what? No proper response, no follow-up, no accountability. Nothing but silence.
I am heartbroken and furious. Vetic’s negligence cost my pet her leg — something that could have possibly been prevented with better care and honesty.
If you love your pets, STAY AWAY from Vetic. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Good professional Support
It’s a nice chain of hospitals. I am using them for my Moti for the last couple of years.. The professional system and dealing is very good. Sitting on a cloud waste medical record. Feeling, it makes me very convenient to walk in any of their clinic.

They don’t provide proper information they give all false information about offers always they something and they provide something else on call the guy mentioned offfer is invalid upon checking and wasting my 15 mints on call said offer is applicable when visited said offer is expired and top it the barber has not cut properly my pet hair asked him to do small cut he put the trimmer on zero and remove everything “imagine a husky is bald “ top of it appointment this at 4 pm they took him at 4:40 and completed the services at 7:40 with a wound on the tail and nobody bothers to informed they charge for providing deworming tablets with no information it’s chargeable no transparency I already lost my 2 pets at vetic they are just money makers no care AND AFFECTION FOR PERS

Another scam gift-wrapped under the disguise of being accessible
Do not order from their app whatsoever. I have ordered 2 times now, and BOTH times i just received a partial order and after trying to get in touch, they just ghosted.
I ordered a second time, in hopes that the service may have improved, but nope.
Morever they use swiggy genie and fail to provide pickup details, due to which the swiggy delivery partner called me multiple times and talked so rudely because these guys have not provided details. Steer clear! 🚨

Only Brand - Local Groomers are the best
The experience was really not great
Its just brand but sometimes brand dont work properly
My normal groomer is far better and this much session I myself do for my kiddo
1st - I entered and they had no clue what did we speak on the call VS when I go to other groomer they keep all the details with them whatever we discuss so that we dont have to repeat
2nd - I was told the other brand shampoo but their team switched to HUFT shampoo which is again useless brand and had to tell them not to use it for which I was told to speak to the manager and ultimately they agreed not to use HUFT
3rd- I had told to deworm bath and deshedding and hygiene the surprising part is that hygiene doesnt include teeth cleaning according to them 😂
4th- My mistake I trusted them and left for sometime until he finishes his bath but his deshedding was not done properly I thjnk it was not done at all and No deworming is given. I checked nail clip was not done and groomer said their is no space to cut the nails then I showed him my kiddos 5th fingre
Just want to finish the service thats all and they took only 25 mins to do all this.

They're sitting there just like at the 5 star hospitals or hotels givint poor services- our normal local groomers are the best - I GET HAIR TRIM/SHAPING, bathing, deshedding etc - everything only in 1500/- and they do it in the best way.

From excellent doctors to a user-friendly app, vetic really takes care of everything! appointments are really easy to book, and i can track my dog’s health records through the vetic app. And the fast delivery of pet essentials is a huge plus for me. For sure recommend. 👌

Poor Grooming Service Led to Eye Injury
I recently took my Shih Tzu to Vetic Electronic City Bangalore for a routine grooming appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. This was the first time I took my pet to this clinic, and I deeply regret it. After the grooming, I noticed that my dog’s eye was red and swollen, and it quickly became apparent that he had suffered an eye hemorrhage. As a result of this incident, my dog now needs to receive eye drops multiple times a day, which has been incredibly stressful for both him and our family. Administering the drops is difficult, and it’s heartbreaking to see our dog in discomfort due to the lack of care at this grooming salon. When I confronted the staff, they were unable to provide any explanation or accountability for the injury. Despite my concerns, they offered no apology or assurance that they would prevent such incidents in the future. The lack of care and professionalism displayed by the groomers was alarming. My dog is now under veterinary care due to the damage caused during the grooming session. I strongly advise other pet owners to avoid Vetic if they care about their pets’ safety and well-being

Best in class pet care
Koko was suffering from ticks. I browsed through and came across this app. I quickly booked an appointment and got amazing service at Vetic’s clinic followed with a free consultation post grooming of Koko. I got all my invoice and prescription in the app. Very good end to end solution. Thank you Vetic!
