I went to Vetic at 9 30 approximately and as soon as I entered people are not coming about my dog, they are concerned about informing that hey the NIGHT CHAGES are double. The doc visited after 15 mins and I informed the issue as my puppy got hurt in his hand while playing. He did X RAY for both hands without our consent where in the injury was in one hand. When asked why did u do it for the other hand, he said just for my reference it seems. What would I do with that. You are a doctor, you do it for the hand that is injured and not for the one that is not. I do not want his full body X RAY and not just that they charged me for both the X RAYS. Also when they took my dog for X RAY, they closed the room and told we as dog parents are not allowed…. I was like WOW!! 2nd the Doctor said that it’s better to give a bandage type protection in his hand so that he does not move that much. For that also they took my pet somewhere and told that I am not allowed inside. Now I do not know what is going on with my pet……. During billing they said one pain killer injection was given which was never being discussed with us and we got to know during billing.
Just for this, they billed us 4.5k. Can u imagine?? My dog’s hand nothing happened. He just got hurt and for that all these.
I will never ever come here again. And I would request people, please don’t go. They are only looking for money not concerned about the pet or the pet parents

Very good pet clinic
I’ve been taking my dog here for almost two years now, and I’ve never been disappointed. They offer everything a pet parent could need, from grooming services to video consultations and home visits. They’ve truly made pet care convenient in every possible way.
The doctors and staff are among the best you’ll find in and around Banashankari. My dog is always excited to visit, which says a lot about how comfortable and caring the environment is.
They also provide doorstep delivery of pet food and medicines, making things even easier for pet parents. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care for their pets. 🐾❤️

Negligence and Poor Emergency Care- only money minded staff and doctors
Very bad hospital. If your pet is in critical condition, I do not recommend this hospital at all. They are not serious about emergency cases. I lost my cat because of their negligence and careless treatment.
Even after knowing my cat’s condition was serious and needed immediate attention, they assigned a doctor with barely one year of experience. Doctors were roaming here and there while assistants were giving injections instead of proper doctors handling the case. They wasted 2 precious days and only gave treatment twice instead of starting the actual treatment my cat urgently needed.
The staff seems more focused on money than saving pets. They charged us around ₹60,000–70,000, but the care and seriousness were extremely poor. It honestly felt very money-minded.
I would strongly suggest taking your pet to a nearby trusted vet clinic instead. At least many local vets take cases seriously and start treatment immediately in emergency situations.

They went from great to Pathetic
I was once a loyal Vetic advocate — genuinely impressed by what this brand promised: quality pet care, convenience, and compassion. Sadly, what I’ve experienced recently is nothing short of pathetic negligence dressed up as a service.
Let’s start with the ₹49 booking fee. Fine — I understand the intent to reduce no-shows. But here’s where Vetic shows its true colors: they do NOT refund this fee under ANY circumstance, even in genuine emergencies. When my pet needed urgent attention and I had to cancel a pre-booked slot, I reached out expecting basic human understanding. Instead, I got the corporate equivalent of “Who cares?” — cold, dismissive, and utterly indifferent.
For a brand that operates 45+ clinics across major cities and markets itself as “India’s most trusted pet healthcare app”, this attitude is unacceptable. Trust is not built by slick app design — it’s built by how you treat people when things go wrong.
A rigid no-refund policy on a nominal ₹49 may seem trivial to your finance team, but to a worried pet parent in an emergency, it signals exactly what your brand values: money over compassion.
Vetic, you’ve gone from a brand I recommended to everyone to one I now actively warn people against. Fix your refund policy. Train your support team to show empathy. Because right now, you’re proving that your “trusted care” tagline is just marketing.
Do better. Our pets deserve better.

Worst services
I visited Vetic twice for my cat because he was not eating and was vomiting yellow fluid along with worms.
During the first visit they gave one injection and a deworming syrup, saying the vomiting would stop. However, nothing improved. The very next day I had to visit again because my cat’s condition was still bad. They started IV drip treatment and conducted blood and LFY tests. They said proper treatment would begin only after the reports, but procedures were already done before the results.
Even after all this, my cat’s condition did not improve at all.
The next morning I received a feedback call. I explained the poor service and lack of improvement. After some time another person called claiming to be a senior doctor, but he had no idea what treatment had been given to my cat during the previous two nights.
My cat struggled for two days and finally passed away. I lost him. Because of these money-extracting brands, I lost a precious life.
My suggestion: please think carefully before visiting here. It is better to go to a nearby government veterinary hospital where doctors may actually care about animals.
