This app is a joke. The platform is terribly built with tons of glitches and overall in app inaccessibility. The only thing they will provide you with is something that could easily be found through a simple web search. Love best friends animal society but do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money with this third party app from vets plus more.

Worst app ever
This is the worst app I have ever used. Letters I type are invisible in fields entered. Most of the questions that need answering to access most information are invisible so defeats the purpose of questions. Whoever designed this app for iPhone was incompetent to the point of detrimental.
Good idea poor execution
I foster with a shelter and we are required to use this app after hours. But text doesn’t show up when you type; it is impossible to use.
TERRIBLE
I downloaded thinking this would be great because I love Best Friends BUT the app is terribly made, a vet was never available, it won’t even let me log in anymore and NO ONE will help me cancel and get refunded...sorry what?!
