Brilliant……once you can get a PIN

The easiest system, of great bikes. But getting a user account is difficult. The easiest way I found was to buy a SIM for your phone in the country and use that to register. It’s then a really great service.

New user

Followed all the steps for registration and still waiting for the activation code to be sent to my mobile phone. There is no way to report a problem, once you get stuck on message not being received, that’s it. No troubleshooting available. And the phone number does not work on a non Polish phone.

Avoid at all cost

Downloaded this app for a quick bike around Warsaw. Locked my bike and followed the instructions to finish the ride and got confirmation. Came back to the app later to say I have somehow scanned another bike (which I didn’t). Couldn’t close it because I don’t know where the bike is, customer support chat is useless bot. I don’t have any ability to call them as I don’t have a polish sim. Reported a problem in the app further explaining the situation.

Totally ruined the trip due to some random glitch in the app. Not sure how much I will be charged. But honestly don’t bother. It’s not worth the hassle.

Awesome!

Just to break the tradition of negative reviews here, I actually have a great experience of using Veturilo :)

I live in Warsaw and have used it many times.

Reading all the negativity, I did ensure a few things like not connecting my bank card to the app. Instead, just topping up 10zl so i wont get charged unnecessarily. Also, i always made sure i park at the official parkings, not the semi-official ones.

Other than that, quite nice and seamless :)

Return only on stations!

Charged 15 PLN when I returned on green zone.

Terrible Support and Scamming application

Came here to tell my story but instantly found same case here. App allowed to rent me the bike which wasn't at the station and I got charged 300 zlotys for unlocking the only listed bike at the station which wasn't there, instead there was a one bike which wasn't working. So I unlocked the bike somewhere else, support has not provided any help at all, they closed bike after 12 hours and charged me for this inconvenience. I've contacted the support and they didn't care about their malfunctioning application, they are oriented on eating money from leading people into the mistakes, that was the impression they left after reaching out for help. Terrible service, terrible application, never gonna use it again.

Parking system

This was my first and definitely last ride on Veturilo. Their temporary parking system is completely useless. I just wanted to leave the bike for 5 minutes to pop into a store, but the app assumed I was ending the ride and charged me 130 PLN. Seriously, why isn’t there a warning or confirmation before ending the ride?

Disappointing

I lost money because of this app. Tried to rent a bike that app showed as available but it wasn’t even at the station. Support made me wait 12 hours before they could do anything instead of fixing it right away and cancelling the ride. This led to an unfair charge. After wasting lots of time with chat support, phone support and appealing my case, they refused to refund me.
And here’s the question: if remote rental is not permitted (their words), then why does the app even have “rent a bike” button? People can easily click it by mistake, and then they are trapped in a ride they can’t cancel, losing money while support does absolutely nothing.
This design and policy combo feels predatory. Users shouldn’t pay for app/system errors, left with no options, and support offers no real help. They should be able to resolve such issues immediately. Very disappointing and honestly looks like a scam

Pay without use

Bike app automatically connected another bike 10km away from me which I did not use. I had to pay about 80 Pln for another bike and the complaint was not accepted. Disappointed

Great app, no issues at all!

People act frivolous and then spit on a good service just because they didn’t read the rules. Bike is supposed to be left at stations obviously, not anywhere. I’m using Veturilo for over a decade already and I can say it got much better than it was in the past. Kudos to devs and seamless customer service. Forgot your PIN - 2 minutes and you got a new one.

I love Veturilo

I love love using the public bikes. They are in most places around the city and in really good conditions. I love that the customer service is very kind and helpful. And they speak both English and polish. Honestly I have nothing negative to say.

The worst Parking systems in Entire Poland

They will find a way to charge you 15$ no matter where you park I've parked where map was showing 4 times being charged just find other means it's no worth it otherwise the bikes are nice

Not working - no SMS received

Never received confirmation SMS for me or my partner. It’s a pity cause the system looks nice.

Have a problem

I don’t know how it works for others, but in my case there was a lock and an error, and the money was charged. I was really surprised when I walked up to the bike and saw that everything had been unlocked — including the refund. Thank you! Well done! Keep it up!
