You can buy all your tickets on here, it automatically applies a bunch of offers on for you whenever available and it lets you pick your own seats from the map. You can easily exchange and refund tickets on here too, it works flawlessly. Most of the negative reviews on here are for the old app version, which was indeed awful. User friendly and even lets you buy public transport tickets in Warszawa

Always Crashing
After every ticket purchase, I get a Paid confirmation and then the screen goes black. Then I have to delete the app, redownload it, sign in again, just to purchase another ticket.

Thank you for your opinion, the reported issue will be resolved in the next version of the application. In the meantime, should the described issue occur, please close and restart the application. Reinstallation is not required.

I purchased a first class ticket Przemsyl to Krakow. The price was double the train company rate and I wasn't given a seat or carriage number
