Always Crashing
After every ticket purchase, I get a Paid confirmation and then the screen goes black. Then I have to delete the app, redownload it, sign in again, just to purchase another ticket.

Thank you for your opinion, the reported issue will be resolved in the next version of the application. In the meantime, should the described issue occur, please close and restart the application. Reinstallation is not required.
Very often Logout
After last update app started logout every 1-2 days. Please fix this

Hasn’t worked since being in Poland
This app worked better in the U.S. than since my time in Poland for vacation. I open the app and it just keeps saying updating data. Not actually doing anything.

Doesn’t recognize WiFi connection???
The app doesn’t recognize my (working perfectly fine) WiFi / Starlink connection, which I am using right now to write this review ;-)

Fantastic App
I had zero issues with the app, I got recommended by my supervisor while doing Poland Business Adventure programme with PAIH last year as I can easily book or exchange tickets to travel anywhere in Poland.

Какой рахит делал вам приложение? Расписание не загружается. Не уже ди так сложно взять и сделать нормальное приложение???
Constant loading screen
I cannot even get to the app as it is loading forever shoving only the start screen
Accessing the Application
Since I downloaded the application, I was never able to access it once I click on the icon. It gives me a blue screen, and it stays there forever. I tried several times I tried on different mobiles and still the same issue for the last year not sure what I should do. I’m always using the Internet version not the iOS version to buy the tickets. This has been going on since I downloaded it one year back. I even deleted it and reinstalled it but the same issues all over there just the blue screen with an image of a train in the middle and that’s it.

... aplikacja jest aktualizowana, twórców jednak nie interesuje czy ona działa na iOS czy nie. Ani na telefonie, ani na iPadzie nie działa. Brawo !

There is no button to press to accept terms and conditions if English is selected. I can get the app to work for Polish and Ukrainian but English is worthless.

Couldn’t open the app after latest update in IOS

The application I have installed a while ago did not start (hung on startup). I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again, but it still does not start. It’s totally broken!
Not working
Not working every other day, very frustrating, cannot rely on this app. Not intuitive interface. Very often shows that tickets are unavailable and there is no more left for the train but then you can buy in another app without a problem. Not recommend. I’m so disappointed because when it was new it worked well for short period of time and I got use to it.
