Terrible customer service
I tried app to see if I would like for the store. I never subscribed to the app. But because I put my information in to see if it would be something I would like to use it saved my information and is allowing people to book a 10:00 appt the time that I used as a test. I cannot get them to delete my page so it does not show. She. I go to my dashboard I cannot deactivate it because it pops up to subscribe now and I cannot get to my dashboard unless I pay for it. This is a scam as far as I am concerned if you are not going to use it.

Hello, I’m here to take the plunge for the pro+ subscription! However, after 2 days of use I notice that sms reminders are not activated! Except that it is included in the subscription
Compared to the classic subscription, I only had 3 additional options « personalized policy, newsletters, payment that does not use for the moment »
I took the subscription especially for sms reminders.! Except that on my appointment reminder account it marked email and sms reminder.
What I have received so far are the emails and I need the sms as indicated in your commitment. In addition, I noticed that the Sav service is non-existent! I’m not the only one who made this remark.

I paid after being locked behind a paywall. The paywall was never removed even after two payments consecutively, support didn’t answer any of my emails, I tried to contact via DMs on Instagram, no reply.
My calendar was inaccessible from that point on, major embarrassment for my business and huge inconvenience to my clients. Thanks vev.

Good idea but not ready yet
Good idea but unfortunately costomer service really poor , you ask for help and they 2 busy , it’s should give an option to put free field , on the check out , I requested 2 fields for so long! Nothing .

Basically after the fourteen day free trial they moved me to a free version where you have some restrictions on what you use but I had not problem with it since I didn’t really need anything other than the free provided options
then out of nowhere they logged me out and said they changed their minds and there is no free option anymore since no one wants the paid version
so basically my whole business information is on there while they lock me out with an option of either pay or leave your informations with us

It was good at first helped manage my appointments. Until they force you to upgrade in order to access your account and keep going . But it still allows people to book appointments. Don’t make any sense . 2.5/5

Thanks for your review. Vev is free for 50 orders. After that we give you extra time to make the upgrade and indeed you can still get your appointments booked. Or choose to have your page taken offline. We think that is a better way than remove your page.
