Can’t open

This thing asked for my company name when I put it in it says it’s not valid. How does it know it’s not valid? If I’ve never put the damn thing in before. Without this information it won’t let me login so the app is useless.

Waste of time and money

I started the free trial to see if it was going to be a fit for us. It seemed like it was and so I decided to pay for the 1st year. During the free trial I set everything up and had help from customer service. After I paid I sent several emails for help with zero response. There is zero phone customer support. Two week into the service and I ask for a refund or at least a partial refund and nothing. Do yourself a favor and pass this by. I told them if they would even just refund parcel I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I ask to have a supervisor contact me and crickets.

Can’t even see the address of the customer I’m meant to be going to.
And don’t say I can search in contact details. They should be available in the booking.
