Waste of time and money
I started the free trial to see if it was going to be a fit for us. It seemed like it was and so I decided to pay for the 1st year. During the free trial I set everything up and had help from customer service. After I paid I sent several emails for help with zero response. There is zero phone customer support. Two week into the service and I ask for a refund or at least a partial refund and nothing. Do yourself a favor and pass this by. I told them if they would even just refund parcel I wouldn’t leave a bad review. I ask to have a supervisor contact me and crickets.

Can’t even see the address of the customer I’m meant to be going to.
And don’t say I can search in contact details. They should be available in the booking.

App doesnt work
I have downloaded and deleted this app 4 times. It refuses to open on my phone just a blank white screen
