Calendly it is not
If you are an existing Calendly user looking to move to Zoho Bookings, my recommendation is to think carefully about what you like about the Calendly system and what you would miss if it wasn’t available in Zoho Bookings. For me I chose to switch because I was becoming increasingly invested in using the Zoho stack for our startup business. We were Calendly users and switched to Bookings and in the main we are happy with that decision. The Zoho mobile apps are generally good to use but they do lack some functionality that creates unnecessary user friction, like not being able to edit aspects of a booking once it has been made. I would like to change the assigned consultant from time to time but can’t seem to do that using the mobile app. It is not a deal breaker and possibly the team will include this type of functionality in the future. Overall it is a solid 4 stars from me.

Doesn’t work
I cannot get this app to allow me to book anyone. It doesn’t show my upcoming appointments I checked to make sure that I was logged into the correct account and I am. I know that I have an appointment tomorrow evening and several this week, but they are not showing in the app. So if I can’t book through it, and I can’t view my upcoming appointments through it I’m not entirely sure what this app is supposed to be used for.
