Calendly it is not
If you are an existing Calendly user looking to move to Zoho Bookings, my recommendation is to think carefully about what you like about the Calendly system and what you would miss if it wasn’t available in Zoho Bookings. For me I chose to switch because I was becoming increasingly invested in using the Zoho stack for our startup business. We were Calendly users and switched to Bookings and in the main we are happy with that decision. The Zoho mobile apps are generally good to use but they do lack some functionality that creates unnecessary user friction, like not being able to edit aspects of a booking once it has been made. I would like to change the assigned consultant from time to time but can’t seem to do that using the mobile app. It is not a deal breaker and possibly the team will include this type of functionality in the future. Overall it is a solid 4 stars from me.

Doesn’t work
I cannot get this app to allow me to book anyone. It doesn’t show my upcoming appointments I checked to make sure that I was logged into the correct account and I am. I know that I have an appointment tomorrow evening and several this week, but they are not showing in the app. So if I can’t book through it, and I can’t view my upcoming appointments through it I’m not entirely sure what this app is supposed to be used for.

App doesn’t work?
App is glitched or doesn’t work at all. Have to go to Zoho CRM to see my bookings. Please help admin?
Too hard to edit apts
Overriding your normal business hours is way too tedious. I’m a sole proprietor and I work when I want to, but I certainly don’t want people to be able to book me anytime. So I limit my hours. Trying to make an exception to those hours is not easy. This app would be a lot more useful to me if I could make changes in my own schedule from the same window where I’m making the appointment instead of having to exit out of the appointment, go in, adjust the special business hours, which apparently you can’t do in the app, or at least it’s not anywhere intuitive, and then go back into the appointment to change the hours. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to back out of and restart an appointment because I forgot it was outside of my regular business hours. Maybe this is just specific to me but the last scheduling app I had Wood allow me to override my business hours from inside the appointment screen.

Notifications??
Hello! What kind of app does not have not have any sort of app notifications?? Can’t find it in settings and nothing within the app. The only way to know someone made an appointment is by email.
Terrible.
It made me sign in more than 10 times and kept telling me i needed to sign in again! I do not recomend this app to anyone.

The last update are disaster. Can’t view all available appointments, can’t share link due to messed list there…
New Update is Horrible
I’m not sure what you did but now you cannot even do the basic functions. I have to share the link to my entire list of appointment types which is a mess. Before you could share a link to an individual type of appointment or to the individual workspace. This app is now useless.

Zoho Bookings a weakness in Zoho line up
We use the Zoho One stack, Zoho Bookings is the customer facing component of Zoho and we only use it because it links to rest of the stack. Zoho need to look at the likes of Calendly and invest heavily into this app it is the gateway to the rest of the Zoho Apps and probably one of the weakest of their Apps- so Zoho please invest in this App… it’s too important not to…

Mobile apps shows wrong time zone
Horrible app. It can’t even display my time zone correctly, causing all meetings to show at the wrong time and outside of my business hours. I don’t understand why Zoho puts out such subpar products. We’re paying to run our businesses, but Zoho is acting like scammers—stealing from us through faulty software.

Not even close to Calendly
Can’t even set unavailability on the mobile app. Can’t do it on the website either since it’s not mobile optimized. That’s a huge flaw. It’s like they half finished this app and expected users to not care.

Copy link to specific calendars
I would like the ability to copy a link for a specific calendar when I have multiple calendars to choose from. I want to be able to direct a recipient to a specific calendar by copying that specific link in the app.
Limited compared to Calendly
This app allows the share of only a category of event types not individual events. So sharing the booking link is not effective.

Also it will be good to make links in these fields clickable.
Currently I feel app useless. Both App and mobile website are useless - you have to use Desktop version to manage your business.

Keeps quitting to Home Screen on all my mobile devices. Devices include: iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone XS Max, iPad Pro.
