Single mom here! My car messed up, and I was really stressing.Via gave me an affordable way to get my kids to school.
Complaint
Do not use this app do not request a ride from them. I have been trying for the past two weeks to just go down the street from my house and either drivers will get two minutes away and start driving away or they can’t find a ride at all after looking on the app for an hour I do not recommend this app to anybody.

I love GPT and all the drivers they get me there and back that’s why I love them all and keep up the good work and be safe.

My driver was amazing. The app is the problem. It gave him 2 different addresses for pick up and drop off. Also would just like to know if we’re picking up more people so first time passengers aren’t alarmed when driver goes a different way.
Pick up time
Apparently, this app keeps adding more pickup times, almost an hour for no apparent reason. On my way home, I also encountered another hour-long delay.

They never have drivers near west Irving station, it’s marked on the map as a part their routes but I’m always waiting hours for a driver no matter what time I’m calling for one

this transportation is absolutely terrible there’s never rides available your most definitely are going to be late anywhere you go the take up 30+ min just to pick you up DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Was a bit skeptical by the reviews but it really is a good system! I will say experience does depend on your driver and sometimes you have to walk somewhat further to get picked up but I overlook that because of the price. I was very pleased that long distances (in GP ofc) still ended up being $3. Very convenient especially for students I hope this stays for a long time!

Unreliable
This is the worst app to use if you need to go somewhere quickly. It’s so unreliable and takes like 30 minutes for the drivers to pick you up. If I could I would give this 0 stars.
Not good if your in a hurry
The first time i went in a Via GP van will be the last, its affordable and cheap and they even accept cash but not good if you are on a timed schedule, if your destination is a few miles away and it usually takes like 15 minutes to get there, your probably gonna end up waiting an hour instead because you are sharing the van with other people.

Inconsistent
If you’re lucky you may get a ride under the time you thought. They drag their behind to do anything and will make your wait time 35 minutes when you just seen 4 via vans pass by. Via is good when you have to be somewhere without a set time since it’s so unreliable to get to work. I had a few clean rides but 80% of the time the seats are filled or it takes an hour travel 5 miles

Really nice car thanks for giving me a ride I needed one.
We have to ride with other people?
My friend and I booked a ride and we had to share the ride with other people just to get dropped off like .5 miles from our destination. And the other people were not in the back of the van so we had to quite literally put our behinds in their face to get to the back.
