Customer service are very moderate drivers are good when comes to Sunday service are very hard to booking ride due to lower staff and lack of empathy for service requirements

Please fix your app when using large/accessible font sizes
The app becomes non functional when using large font sizes, and there is no where in the app to adjust these settings to make the app usable. It uses system settings, which would mean I need to make other apps inaccessible to make this one accessible. This service is great but please make modifications to the interface to better serve paratransit riders.

Stupid App
Some days it’s take me to work on time but most it won’t take me on time but much later and most drivers just follow the stupid app’s instruction which the app doesn’t take time into consideration instead it mostly focuses on who closer and how much it can fit
Unusable
This app doesn’t even work, no matter what day and time i try to schedule a ride (yes, within the service zones×) it doesn’t work. ALSO even if I could get the app to operate, the zones in which operation takes place, are useless to a vast majority of people who live here.
Bad app
The app is horrible. It constantly kicks you out and it’s hard to log back in.
Although the drivers are always amazing and the cars aren’t dirty, the app really makes it hard to enjoy the rest.

Why do yall log me out?
The app logged me out and now it’s not letting me verify my phone number for some reason and now I don’t know how I’m gonna get rides for school.
Frequent updates, so unstable
It often feels like the development team behind the app is not very experienced. With nearly every update, many users lose access to their accounts and are forced to register again. This has happened repeatedly and creates unnecessary frustration for riders who rely on the service.
Even more concerning is that when the app stops working, users are sometimes told to call to book a ride. Yes, actually call. In 2026, it is surprising that a ride service app still requires phone booking because the app fails.
Additionally, the app does not provide any clear or easy way to submit a support ticket or find the correct phone number specifically for the Little Roadrunner service. Important support options are very difficult to locate within the app.
On the other hand, I want to emphasize that the drivers of Little Roadrunner, the call center representatives, and the cleanliness of the cars are truly excellent and very much appreciated. They are professional, kind, and represent the best part of the service.
However, what is the point of having such great drivers and service if users cannot reliably access the app to book rides on time and actually use these facilities?

Constant delays
As a person who uses this app everyday to get to and from college it’s ridiculous that they run late constantly it seems that nothing has changed the drivers are great it’s the timing and something you guys need to fix it is unacceptable

Bruh my drivers lowkey always late bruh it’s not their fault I think plus this dumb app will reroute you even when you next and just screw your whole day up. If you plan on being late it’s great. But whoever made this app reach out we can set up a cage match bruh I wanna take a look at you . I also wanna update my review these drivers are super rude most of them, very entitled and whiny, then they will be extremely late to pick you up, even tho you usually have to walk to one of their ridiculous stops, then the app will not show you how far your driver is until you are the next stop. So I could be waiting for my driver an extra 10-15 to even longer and apparently I’d have to wait out in the rain or hot when I scheduled my ride and a specific time and this service is constantly TARDY. If I schedule a ride between a 10 minute window (8:30-40 let’s say) I shouldn’t have to wait out in the cold and rain till 9 o clock when your service says you will get me at this time. Then if I want to wait inside my house till the app actually tells me my late incompetent driver is on the way, they will end up telling my ride is 2 minutes away and the driver will pull up before I can even get there and leave after 1 minute even though these simpleton drivers were 20-30 minutes late. Also the stops are unsafe dangerous and I would really like to speak to whichever punk made them. Waiting for your response.

Disappointment and Frustration
I've been using this app for 3 months now and its always the same. From the horrible arrival times, to the consistent tardiness from most drivers, and even the straight up disrespect these drivers give you. I see these things all over the city yet somehow they're running hours apart with previously stated consistent tardiness. They do NOT care for the people and civilians they "service" and I've dealt with nothing except this, not the quality they falsely claim to provide. Everyone, stick to Uber and Lyft. I currently have a "Pick Ups" savings so I NEVER have to rely on this infuriating, inconsistent, inconsiderate, and unreliable app ever again. That goes for the city busses as well. I am NOT happy, satisfied, nor do i feel any real service unless it's from a small number of drivers i can count on one hand.

We had a great experience with VIA link. If you’re not in hurry an excellent option to be taken around the downtown area. Easy to book and to pay. And Paul our driver was awesome

As the title says, it’s 2025 guys, this app feels like it was developed in 1999. Pointlessly more complex than it needs to be. I’m 27 and I know bad when I see it, I couldn’t imagine an elderly person or challenged individual trying to work this useless app. How hard is to make an app where someone can put in a departure address and destination and be shown routes, busses, and times. Please someone make this better.

Don’t rely too heavily
The service is great if you’re looking at it from a cost perspective. Drivers are nice, and more often than not, you’re only paying a 1.30 per pass. But rides aren’t time for pickup consistently.

Bring back old app
Bing back the old app, the new app is just counter intuitive. It’s redundant to chose pick up and drop off, then chose it again. Times are super inconsistent as well.
