nao consigo visualizar o meu perfil para gerir os meus carros. se tentar adicionar quando estou a tentar estacionar, dá outro erro e não adiciona.
Battery drain
I took off my phone from the charger before I went to sleep and noticed that 40% of the battery was gone by the time I woke up. I looked into the battery settings, and it was all from the Via Verde app. The Old app estacionar was much better and did not do that.
Always using GPS even when not in use

Even in Portugal, there are many expats and refugees from different countries. Launching an app or service only in Portuguese today feels very limiting and out of touch with how global users actually live

Drains my battery
The app is makes it easy to book parking, but my battery drains quickly if I leave the app open in the background. I have never had this problem with any other app I’ve ever used. Please fix this problem to make the app five stars.

Obrigam as pessoas a trocar de identificadores para mensalidades , e depois deixam de ter suporte para dispositivos antigos , pensam que são todos ricos. O meu iPhone 8+ não consegue instalar a última versão do iOS e a vossa App não suporta versões antigas , assim estão me a limitar a minha utilização de serviços digitais , para os quais eu pago .

Leider nur in Portugiesisch verfügbar
Wir nutzen Via Verde seit 3 Jahren und sind sehr zufrieden. Aber leider gibt es die APP noch immer nicht auf Englisch. Die wenigsten Touristen können Portugiesisch.

Não consigo utilizar
Não posso utilizar porque o aplicativo me força a ter a última versão do iOS e como o meu iPhone é o 12 não consigo mais ter a última
Como que se limita assim o uso de um aplicativo que deveria ser tão inclusivo com mera versão de sistema.

No me deja crear un usuario, por lo que la app es totalmente inutil.
Bateria
À app permanece em funcionamento depois do fim do estacionamento e consome muito bateria.
Iphone 14 plus IOS26 erro
Ao instalar a aplicação no meu iphone 14 plus com o novo IOS26, ao abrir o aplicativo mostra mensagem de erro antes mesmo de apresentar os campos de utente e senha e pede para entrar em contato com os desenvolvedores. Não consigo usar o aplicativo!
Location doesn’t switch off
The location services even when set to “only when using the app” does not switch off when signed out, draining the battery.
Doesn’t work for charging electric cars
All electric car charging stations return an error of being unavailable and that I should try a different station.
I can use though those same stations with other apps.

excellent app, excellent functionality
Went to a shop, they did everything for me, not Portuguese ID or Bank? No problem... billing at the toll gate on the road works like a charm... the app is in Portuguese only BUT I am learning Portuguese anyway, so it's a welcome challenge. I am really impressed by the seamless functionality. They told me it will work also in Spain France Italy... Spain and France I am going to test. All in all, I am really impressed by Via Verde.

Constantly Tracking Location
I used to use the Estacionar app to pay for parking. Now it looks like they integrated the functionality into this app. It’s not as nice as the original.
But the worst part is it forces you to allow location tracking and it is always tracking my location, even when I’m not paying for a parking spot. I have to force quit it for it to stop tracking. Why is it necessary to do this excessive tracking?

Update does not work
In general I love the app but does not work any longer, not on my Iphone nor on the Samsung of my wife, re-installation did not solve the issue…back toncoins for parking now
