Glitch in booking
Had to try many times…logged in and out due to reservation only being held for 6 seconds. Tried on app and on site. Took 25 minutes to finally book when it should have taken 3 minutes.
Poor customer service
We had a bad experience and asked for a refund and were given a blank no without any coms
Made me rebook for more money!
I booked several tours for some upcoming trips and planned to pay closer to the dates, since reserve now and pay later is an option. A week before the event, I went to complete payment and got a notification of “We tried to process your payment and it failed. Please make a new booking.” Weird, because I hadn’t even tried to pay yet, but okay. I went to make the new booking and it was $62 AUD more per person! Total scam, I’m extremely frustrated. I checked and this happened to ALL of my pay later events.
